The place was clean. Tremendous staff. Very welcoming. Upgraded my room. We're extremely accommodating and helpful. Allowed me a late check-out. Helped with the Uber driver. Recommended a local fish restaurant. Small bathroom but great hot 🔥 water. A VERY pleasant stay. Highly recommended at this budget.

I chose the hotel based on reviews on booking and Google maps. The reviews are true: it is a good hotel with new renovation. It is clean, the staff is polite, and you can get to the metro quickly.

The hotel is very far away from the main attractions, be prepared to spend a lot of time on the road. For example, to get to the Taj Mahal Hotel, you have to go almost the entire metro line and then order a cab. The room is quite noisy. Perhaps this is a peculiarity of my room, because it was opposite the place where the staff was always there. I could not use any cards, although I easily paid with them while traveling all over India.

Excellent helpful staff, especially the man who helped me check in at 5 am (I forgot his name, so sorry!). Clean tidy room, AC well-functioning. Although the area is very loud, the hotel is well insulated so the room is peaceful. Easy to reach from airport, 20 to 40 minutes depending on traffic.

Although it is close to a monorail station, the monorail is still under construction so to visit Gateway of India it's necessary to take a monorail, then a train, and then a long walk or auto ride.

We loved this hotel so much, it exceeded our expectations. Good value for money, very good room service and the best of all was the staff, everybody was super kind and helpful. I recommend this so much.

Bring earplugs because the rooms closest to the street are noisy (this is not the hotel's problem, it is the city that is noisy)

One of the finest hotel in Chembur , very new and very clean premises , staffs are really helpful ..this hotel is very much adjacent to US embassy which is in BKC. Excellent connectivity and Fantastic hospitality. I Would definitely visit here very soon.

Location is very good with lots of fooding options nearby

1) Maintenance is a matter where water flows less in bathroom tap, rooms are not properly cleaned, room tea-kettle found in non-working condition (though replaced upon request) 2) Restaurant is closed though it mentioned available while booking thru Booking.Com

It was a very comfortable stay here @Hotel Sai Pritam , the staff are very good , hotel is clean , it gives you a good vibe , and it is very much adjacent to major stations and international airport barely 25 minutes at max. I saw a very beautiful golf course adjacent to this hotel which is very much known. Overall it was a very comfortable stay.

Smooth check in , co-operative staff ,close to main attraction, good locality and very easy acess to main places like airports and tourist attraction, one just need to communicate things to the cab driver properly. The hotel Have the facility to arrange cab with driver and it is a very new property and very very hygienic.

Excellent location. Spacious room considering its Mumbai. Prompt service although we didn't like the food as much. But there are 2 amritsari kulcha vendors right in front of the hotel who give super yummy kulchas.

You need to climb about 20 stairs before getting to you room.
