Hotel is brand new, still is there a building site, not ready yet for all guest's not finished yet. Spacious room, nice modern bathroom. Very nice room. Sambhar and dosa my favourite for breakfast very good breakfast they served. Shopping mall's, street food was great. Close to metro...just a cross the road...etc...

What we didn't like? Location for us was a bit far away to ie Gateway of India or National Park. There is no swimming pool, or bar inside or roof top bar etc.would be great if there will be in the future. We left one day earlier ( 9pm) because change in our international flight, we didn't get refund for 1 day stay then. We asked but we didn't get it thought a bit not fair? Other then that...all the best for the future guys. Thanks.

A vegetarian breakfast was served from 7 to 10am. The restaurant is not run by the hotel but outsourced to a catering organisation hence their menu was no available in the room and each time I needed something I had to go to the restaurant. The food served was spicy but ok.

Menu should be made available in the rooms for the guests to order food for delivery in the room.

The location was excellent just outside the Valnai metro station which made it very convenient for us. Even though there was no restaurant at the hotel as it’s new, the breakfast provided was extensive. A lot of shops and restaurants just a couple of steps away. The Infiniti mall was just one step away. I would definitely stay here again if I were to visit again.

I couldn’t knock the property for anything.

Rooms are modern, new, very spacious. Very comfortable stay. generous check out time. hotel is right opposite to the metro station. Would come back to stay.

The surrounding area of the property is not very developed, lack of restaurant choices.

The breakfast was amazing ! Everyday different dishes, well prepared and fresh

The garbage thrown outside near the neighboring building was spoiling the show of the front entrance of the hotel .

Spacious room. Good decor in room. Clean. Excellent location. Staff were quite responsive.

Floor was bit dusty, otherwise the room was very clean. Will be great if breakfast can start on time.

The service is excellent and plus though it's right next to the metro we couldn't hear a single noise, a special mention regarding the staff Mr Pranay and the housekeeping staff Mr Ajay amazing service

Need Nescafe sachets and sachet of the milk also needs a change

Give verities in fruits. Also change in cereals.

Papayas, Apples, any seasonal fruits. Almonds, pistachios, wholenuts.

It's a Great hotel and perfect setting in the suburb's of Mumbai.

The only thing was the Curtains as you need Black out Curtains. The light in the morning escapes through the thin curtains you currently have.

It was new so the interior and rooms were decent and clean

The services provided were too too slow Asked for water it came after 2 hours Breakfast same after 1 hour Maybe its still not set as per the work load
