Breakfast was a bit average , need a better quality of coffee and the way it is prepared should have filter coffee on the menu .Room service was excellent the house keeping team was great always had a smile on the face and nothing was too difficult for them . The quality and taste of food was amazing . So in all i enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend and revisit on my next visit to Mumbai.

each room to have a hair dryer an iron and an ironing board , shouldn't need to ask for it always , and should not disappear from the room during the course of the stay , however it was always brought to the room when asked for it.

Staff was extremely well spoken, helpful at all times. Room was clean, in room dining was delivered in good time. Finally the facilities like gym were also handy for someone travelling for work related purposes.

Perhaps the temperature control in the lobby could be maintained. Feel a real difference leaving the room to an immediate warm climate as soon you step out into the lobby. Sure the staff will take this positively and give the best experience to the guests to come in future.

Excellent Breakfast Spread , Staff was very Polite and Courteous . We were upgraded to the Deluxe room which made our stay very comfortable Location from the Exhibition centre was Close but its a bit away from the City and Bandra area

Size of their standard room , Gym is small but workable Property did not have a Swimming Pool

The bed situation was a bit off putting. Was two single beds put together as a big bed, But since the bed frame was a bit bigger than the two single beds, invariable kept sinking into middle, which wasn't good for my back.

Every staff from gate man, door keeper to reception ( especially Mr Deepak) and housekeeping, Mr Ganesh has been so kind / helpful and professional that my stay been very very smooth. Highly appreciated and recommend this hotel for stay.

It's the 3rd time staying and staff really makes me feel like home... They even adjust our check in and check out time to our convenience.. From front desk to house keeping and even restaurant staff all very hospitable and professional. I definitely highly recommend this residency.

Breakfast was a small but decent and tasty buffet. Staff at the property (every one of them) are 7 stars! Very courteous, thoughtful, prompt, helpful, amazing! Thank you staff of Residency!

Room service is very basic and food is not great. They recommended buffet in the single restaurant but if you are too tired to go down, the room service options are not good. A few soups, sandwiches and pizza that I did not relish.

Breakfast is hot and fresh. Although seems like chef has changed because taste has changed. More selections. Staff very friendly and courteous.I would recognize Mr Argo , Angeeta Shahil and others , don’t remember names. Very good staff and service.

Most things are good what we need to stay couple nights , however rooms are very small for even two ppl which is structural , not going change.

Could not get Wifi to work. I did not ask for help as I had an unlimited data plan and used tethering to support my laptop

Location is very good. 2 minutes is to reach to underground train U3 by walk. Room was very warm and comfortable to stay.

The table next to the entrance and Wardrobe in the master bedroom are very old and not clean as well. No provision to keep the luggage of the guests who is arriving earlier than official check-in time. We haven't get the apartment key even at 3pm as per the check-in agreement.
