The location was great! Not in a crowded area or close to a busy road. But noise wasn't really a problem because I was on one of the higher floors. There are train tracks and a railway station nearby, but it was not noisy in a bothersome way. There's a charm to the faint sound of a train that is passing by. The restaurant on the 6th floor is good and the food was served fast and the management enquired and ensured that I had everything. Receptionists Ganesh and Aevan were helpful when checking out of the hotel.

A shower curtain would be nice so that the rest of the bathroom doesn't get wet. I just used one of the additional towels as a mat. The check-in can be a bit faster. It took quite some time

A very popular modern hotel. The staff were extremely busy on arrival and I was asked to take a seat while they got to my reservation. Unfortunately they didn't point out where breakfast was being served and timings or information for wifi. The corridor carpet leading to the room could do with a shampoo clean as it was very grubby. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and comfortable. When I called to ask about WiFi a very friendly and efficient staff member came to the room and resolved my problem. Love the fact that the TV has streaming and you can log into your own accounts for apps such as YouTube and Amazon Prime. Given the lack of modern accommodation in this location, the reasonable price and room comfort I would book again.

The stay was great. The rooms were good, and the location was closer to the main highway. The only issue I faced was with the Wifi, where the Wifi wouldn't connect. Also, the gym needs to be maintained better. I often found people checking out at noon leaving their luggage in the gym and using the washrooms there, which shouldn't be the case. The reception and security need to be mindful of this.

Breakfast is well balanced between Indian food choices and classic Continental breakfast. Rooms are clean enough, the staff is amazing. Location is a bit off the main road which can guarantee some peace & quiet at night, that particular area can be very very noisy at night.

Seems they rushed the building of some rooms and left markings from when the works have been done. Still some paint here and there and pen markings on where what was hanged & installed (furniture). Not very nice thing at first sight.

As the location was osm staff were good we have reached before our checkin time however the male staff who did our checkin he helped to do early checkin.Its really appreciated overall geart experience with all the staff members.At last but not the least over all experience with GINGER is quite good really wanted to visit again.

A good selection of well presented options hot and cold. Freshly made Omelette was good. Good coffee options from a machine. Toast and jam, some cereals. Oats would have nice to see. Two options of fresh juice.

The hotel and restaurant staff were very keen, positive and friendly, but a lacking training and waiting experience which was holding them back. I had a long chat with Rajeev the Restaurant manager, who was very interested in my observations and recommendations drawing on my previous waiting experience in Switzerland and the UK. He had plans for the training and was aware of the issues. I think given a little time his team will perform well and the speed and service levels will be significantly improved. One thing that you can't train is the kind nature of the staff and this made the dinning experience a real pleasure. There are some facilities still under construction, which one could hear occasionally, but was not intrusive.

i arrive at 10 am and hotel full fully booked. So i was not able to get any room even agreeing to pay extra charges for early checkin. Hotel checkin time was 2 pm. On seeing my difficulty, their staff ananya (if i remember correctly) allowed me to use a recently checked out (non tidy) room to get freshen up and leave for my morning meeting without charging any extra. staff in hotel overall are very polite and accommodating. these 10 stars goes only for them.

rooms are small and no shower curtain in bathroom. this spills the water in the whole bathroom.

The overall experience was very good at ginger hotel the rooms are small but very clean and hygine and Mr ganesh from front desk is vry polite and helpful I alway recommend to take assistance of Mr ganesh .

The service was absolute on point. Right from checking to having our food at dine floor. Absolutely loved it the staff were kind and soft spoken which not seen in many hotels nowadays. Keep up the good work! Kudos!

The rooms were a bit congested but its fine untill its for short stay.
