We had a truly delightful one-day stay at Hotel Radisson and would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to the entire team. From the moment we arrived, the staff at every level was exceptionally courteous, professional, and welcoming—making us feel instantly at home. The rooms and common areas were impeccably clean, well-maintained, and reflected a strong commitment to hygiene and guest comfort. We were also impressed by the hotel’s eco-conscious approach, evident in its thoughtful amenities and sustainable practices. The breakfast spread was absolutely sumptuous, offering a variety of fresh, flavorful options that catered to every palate. Overall, it was a short but memorable experience, and we look forward to visiting again.

We recently stayed at the Radisson in Goregaon for two days and had an amazing experience. From the moment we checked in, we were delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade, which made our stay even more luxurious. The service at the hotel’s restaurants, especially at Musafir and Goma, was exceptional and truly enhanced our dining experience. During a previous stay, we also enjoyed the spa services from Tattva, which we highly recommend. However, if you’re planning a weekend visit, it’s a good idea to book your spa appointments at least a day or two in advance, as they tend to fill up quickly. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we will definitely be returning.

I stayed with my family for 2 nights. Check-in & check out was quick and smooth. Room was spacious. Toilet was fine, Location was good as it was very close to my event location. Breakfast was excellent with lots of varieties. In room dinning was fine. All hotel staff were polite and pleasing in attitude. Hotel is very close to Prometric center. I did not explore full hotel due to busy schedule but find hotel was clean.

Towels need to be upgraded. I find hotel was bit expensive but probably due to last minute booking by us. In room dinning is restricted from 3 PM to 6 PM that caused us a bit trouble. Over all our stay was comfortable

I was made to feel welcome right from the start and helped with luggage. Room was cozy and comfortable. Staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant. I would love to come back. Breakfast spread was great. Food was tasty. I felt pampered by the unexpected sweet box I received when checking out.

The location is seriously inconvenient and I wasnt aware of the second gate which for some reason was not used. At leaste it did not show on maps. Especially when you book cabs they have to take a long U turn. At breakfast, things seemed a bit chaotic.

Room, facilities, staff .. And breakfast wa awesome🥰☺☺☺☺☺☺☺.. I love the quality of the breakfast team.. Even tho the Housekeeping facility.. I will definitely visit again 🥰

But please it's an request can u please keep the Rooms rates little bit low cost... It was too high for one night.. I paid 10,000/- can u work on it... If it was for one night.. It's too high.. I hope the team will work on it. Thnku

Excellent Hotel and staff are friendly and helpful. Manager on duty was exceptional and exceeded all our expectations. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mumbai.

Traffic for Uber to gate in and out was a challenge - but Staff we helpful in arranging hotel vehicle whenever we required for local trips.

Excellent variety for breakfast and Kitchen staff also made items specially for us. Wait staff also remembered my mums preferences and would serve her all that she liked, without her even asking! Thank you.

pool area was not accessible as mum had mobility issues. Room sizes are pretty small and location is on a very busy highway, so noisy.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! I spent two nights here, and everything from the warm welcome at check-in to the comfortable room exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to make sure my stay was pleasant.

Entry and exit of the hotel .... very close to road with full of traffic.

I didn't like it because, I had to leave the hotel 2 days earlier than the check out date. (My father in law had a medical emergency). However, the hotel charged me for the complete booking period, citing reference of Booking.com's steep agreement. I didn't quite like it. Any special situation like medical emergency should be treated with empathy. Kindly check if a refund is still possible.
