Room was clean, staff was good, swimming pool and roof top was nice. Everything was good.

We went there for a weekend and we live nearby, so we only had our bagpacks with us. Bell boy focefully took our bags to take us to our room which was right in front of lift. Then stood their in front of our faces for a tip and we had to pay him big bill. This behaviour was disturbing, we tip generously and tipping is not mandatory, if people are tipping, its good, if they don't want to, you can't force them. We hardly took 10 steps from reception to lift to our room.

Clean and fresh, good amenities and huge clean comfortable rooms.

Staff ok but slow, requested someone to assist with 3 cases on checkout and eventually gave up and struggled myself. Then at checkout the young lady on the desk offered to help me outside with the cases, I said yes please and she just turned away and let me do it myself. They were not terrible and mostly staff were polite and sounded helpful, just missing the mark in terms of speed and energy

Hotel is in good location, not far away from the airport. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Staff is friendly and helpful. Food in restaurant was excellent. Good choice for stay in Mumbai.

Wi-fi is ver slow and unstable. No chance to work on it constantly. The acoustic insulation in the rooms is very weak. You can hear all the noise and sounds from the adjacent rooms and from the corridor. At the time of our stay, there was no fitness center or swimming pool available.

The location and standard were very good. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. No negative comments but we were there when there were renovation work going on. It did not disturb us but would have made our stay much better if the works were not there.

The room was spacious and beautiful, The check-in and check-out process was smooth. The staffs are friendly and very helpful they have their own car which helped us to drop at NESCO. The breakfast spread was huge.

Property was clean and room were maintained. Services were also good.

They didnt have basic amenities like pool and gym .Nor they informed regarding the under construction part. Breakfast option was also very limited and they keep repeating same menu. No variety of menu.

The staff members were very courteous especially at front desk, Mayura & her colleagues. The view facing highway was very nice. Breakfast was with many varieties; very well served. The security guard were well mannered.

The rooms were extremely comfortable, the staff very very helpful and courteous. Mr. Pradeep from the front desk was very helpful with our requirements throughout our stay & took care of everything we needed. Harish, the driver, was the best driver we could have. He helped us explore every destination with extreme patience and safety. He was very well mannered and extremely helpful every step of the way. The staff at the breakfast counter was very good. Even the housekeeping staff at our floor was very good and helpful. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Good luck always!

Everything was good.

The rooms were really good, clean and bathrooms were fantastic. I stayed the week on work and absolutely loved it. Even the checkout process was super fast. Will be back.
