The breakfast spread was wide, and the staff (special mention-Isha Kumari) were prompt in attending to tables. The room I initially checked in to, was a bit uncomfortable as it had 2 king size beds while I was a single occupant. Upon requesting, your team (special mention Shantanu) assisted me change to a fabulous room with a breathtaking view! I loved your concept of 'Service Express'! Really unique and something your teams truly bring to life. Thanks to your Director of rooms for sending a handwritten note for the soup situation - I get that mistakes happen, but I really appreciate your efforts in making amends! Thank you :)

The waiting time outside elevators! :( Which also (possibly) leads to slower housekeeping services (laundry delivery etc.)

The rooms are beautiful, cleaned well stocked with everything u need spacious and very luxurious! The city view from top floors is amazing and is breathtaking at night! The staff is courteous and very welcoming specially Madhuri,Shubham,Ritik/Ritvik The best part about it is the breakfast spread which is never ending and lip smackingly delicious Beautiful Swimming pool Area, the splash my son had a good time.. All in all it's a luxurious experience that one must experience at least once. Can't wait to go here again.

Only Speed of lift was painful..Also a bit lack of communication record between the staff I noticed as previous staff on the front desk said I can check out at 1pm while present said 12pm is recorded...Also after settling Mini bar payment with previous staff while check out present staff said pending ..Rest Everything was fine.... Overall Enjoyed our stay good experience....

The receptionists are always nice and helpful. Express appreciation for my repeat stay at the Westin even though I never booked direct. They have a fleet of SUV always ready for hire. I had airport pick up and drop off service arranged, and it was very easy and smooth. Inexpensive and you would definitely love the airport pick up rather than waiting for your uber at the airport parking. Great variety of food at the "Seasonal Tastes", either their buffet or the a la carte menu. I had a few dinners at their "Kangan" too, food was spectacular. Again, staff and service are always excellent. Stayed at different room types and the suite too, very standard Marriott style, clean and cozy.

Some of the showers were outdated. The shower screen seal was dried out or deformed, and water was leaking out. There were spots of mould on the grouting which didn't look pleasant. Not trying to be picky, just if I have to say something for improvement

Close to Nesco grounds and easy to reach. The breakfast options were really good and the staff is extremely friendly. Quick in billing service. With vallet service car parking is also quite convenient.

Had requested for non smoking rooms and a higher floor with rooms close to each other. None of the requests were fulfilled. They converted smoking to non smoking rooms hence you could smell the smoke even in the sheets and got the the lowest possible floor. The buffet dinner is not really worth the money. Also two boiled eggs took 40 mins to prepare, 1 cup of tea requested in the morning also took forever. In both cases we kept on reminding the staff regarding the delay.

It was amazing 👏 it was for the wedding night . It met expectations..

The duty manager on the night of 26.12.2024 was impolite. Rude and full of himself ..absolutely don't know how to speak to a client who has booked a hotel for the wedding night .it was totally unexpected. He disconnected the call twice. 📞 I was making a call to inform you that we are delayed by wedding procedures. Kindly make things simple so that we don't have to wait for a long ..

The hotel is one of my favourites. The food at Prego is definitely one of the highlights. The rooms are large and comfortable.

There was no reconfirmatoon of my booking details at the time of checking in. I was mot informed that breakfast was chargeable. The next morning, no one gave me a bill when I went, only for me to be informed the next day that the breakfast was chargeable. Had I known or had it been reconfirmed, I would have skipped having breakfast there in the first place. They gave me a small discount but I definitely do not appreciate the way it was handled.

Facilities were great, the room very spacious with nice design and new/ renovated. Iron and iron board available in the room. Breakfast had many options, local indian and international. Available very late check in.

The only thing was the WiFi. When I arrived the system was down based on what i was told and it was supposed to be fixed in 5 mins, reached 40 mins and still not available without any other option to join a call. Next day it was working. Rest was great.

Breakfast options and taste, spacious room, housekeeping service, friendly staff, and everything else.

If I need to be critical then finding a cab could be a bit challenging as the location is a bit isolated but there is a metro station just under 500 m

The breakfast and dinner buffet spread was good and offered a large variety of dishes and cuisines. I would like to thank Ms. Rutuja who was there at the time of check in and at the Seasonal Tastes. She was always courteous, polite and smiling. The entire staff at the Seasonal Tastes was quite helpful and polite and catered to our requests with a smile.

Would prefer more comfortable pillows. The pillows were either too soft or too hard. In the buffet would suggest that the fruits which are kept be checked- there were muskmelon and papaya which were quite hard on both the days I was there. Also the kiwi in the fruit cake was not ripe and too sour. Another suggestion would be for the waffle cones for the icecreams. The cones were tasty but since they are kept outside it tends to get soft and that crunch and crispiness is not there. So if you can store it in an air tight box, keep a few for display and give the crisp cones it would be really appreciated. Also both the days I found a shortage of glasses which are kept near the juices, detox water and other beverages. Else the food quality and taste was quite good.

I’ve stayed at the property several times in the last 4 months . It’s one of my favourite properties for service , hospitality , staff , location and lots more . Any visit to Mumbai is not complete without staying in this amazing hotel .
