The breakfast was excellent but was the same everyday. It needs a some variety. The restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful especially Hamad

Pollution was really high (over 200aqi) and I don’t believe the AC has filters in them. I fell quite sick.

This is an amazing place - if you want an experience different to other hotels. The idea is to have fun so the check is at the bar rather than a check in counter. The lobby has fun things to do from table football, to chess as well as antique bits and pieces such as old telephones, VHS cassettes etc. The Moxy Crew, as they like to be known as, are awesome - we are constantly asked if everything was OK. Being offered free coffee (at check in) and a free cocktail (anytime during our stay) was a nice touch.

The rooms are a bit on the smaller side and they do not have traditional closets. A few drawers and pegs to hang clothing on the wall. Takes getting used to but was not a issue for us.

The hotel is very modern, i like the concept. Even the room is different to any other hotel we stayed. The BED was sooooooo comfortable, it honestly felt like i was sleeping on a cloud or something. I like all the products in the bathroom. The hotel is well located, i enjoyed shopping around. There are also lots of nice restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Aah! The fact that the hotel didn’t have anything simple on the menu to cater for people who have upset stomach. And most tourists do experience upset stomach while visiting India. The croissant wasn’t good at all. I ordered some toast and it came to my table like it wasn’t even toasted and it took ages too.

Honestly this place is prefect. Location is soooo good got me to all my favourite Mumbai shopping needs. The moment I entered the hospitality was second to done. I would 100% stay again. The breakfast buffet was unreal and so tasty. Make sure to ask for a rava dosa and uttapam. I loved the selection of muesli and all the accommodates. I want to specially express my gratitude to Ashok who made our stay even more special. He such a good guy and so knowledgeable. Even helped me out when the rickshaw driver wouldn’t take cash. Ishika at reception also gave me a great recommendation for some local pure veg food. Food was top notch. The chefs Harry, Sakina and Mukund all their special welcoming touches to the dishes and extras. Hats off to the whole crew. Chef Sakina the absolute legend even shared one of the recipes with me truly grateful for that. You have all made my stay so welcoming I will only return here. May of been short and sweet but I know I’ll only stay here next time.

They had the BEST staff. They were very attentive, friendly and thoughtful. Breakfast had both western and Indian options that were very delicious. Food was great at the restaurant. We were there to attend an expo at Nesco so this hotel had the perfect location. The room was decent-sized, beds were comfortable, bathroom was complete. They also have convenient airport pick up and drop off services. They also kept refilling water bottles inside the room each day.

I understand the Moxy brand caters to a younger market (or young at heart) with the reception/check-in area being a bar, however, the music on loop inside the lift was just too loud.

This Moxy followed the impulsive, delightful attitude of other Moxy hotels and fits the brand, creating a trustworthy stay, even when in a new location unfamiliar. The staff was very accomodating and understanding of our needs. The room was delightful. A/C and showers worked great. The breakfast was diverse and the food and coffee very good. The variety was sufficient for individuals with different palates, including both Indian and western tastebuds. The lobby was bright, cheerful and fun to relax in. The bar was very good. Service at the entrance impeccable.

No non-alcoholic beer, although the bartender came up with some interesting options.

Excellent room, great food and the best staff!

The music in the lounge is very loud and it sounds like night clubbing music. The lounge is one of the spaces to relax with colleagues and family if you are staying there and the music made that difficult. But when I requested the volume to be lowered staff were happy to do it.

Excellent stay. The staff was very attentive and accommodating, willing to go out of their way to ensure everything was comfortable. The building was secure, clean and close to several restaurants and shops.

The clothing storage isn’t great, there isn’t a closet just a few hangers, but the leather loops kept breaking. It’d be nice to have clothing steamers or irons in the room too. Not a big deal, but for longer stays with clothing that needs to be wrinkle free it is just a bit inconvenient.

We had a pleasant stay at Moxy Mumbai. The staff is helpful and friendly, they took care to keep our request for adjoining rooms in mind while allocating rooms. The rooms are small but well planned. The front lobby provides space to sit and hang out.

The location is a challenge due to the road works. The approach road is dug up and there is lots of dust from the construction work. Also, many of the taxi and auto drivers didn't know the location, so we had to rely on google maps
