The staff was really helpfull and gentle. The room was clean and just enough for my needs. I mean i need a bed, a desk to work and a nice bathroom to relax. Everything was really good

The location is a bit far away from the center, but is it really a bad point ? i'm not sure

"The hotel is decent, and the staff are really nice and helpful, but there were some issues that affected my stay. The geyser wasn’t working, and there were quite a lot of mosquitoes. While the staff tried to assist, the problems weren’t fully resolved. The cellphone network in the area is very poor, and the Wi-Fi is just average. Overall, an okay experience, but there's room for improvement."

Unprofessional staff. Uncleaned room with female hair on bed and floor. Room used for Namaaz before handing over to me. No breakfast in morning.

Unprofessional staff. I was told by the staff that I'll get the invoice under my company name multiple times. They took the details on paper and told me that they will send me an email. Never received it. Called again and again and was told that they will send it. I called almost 20-30 times, now they just hang up the phone. If you were not going to give it, say no directly. Why say that you will give and then act so unprofessionally. I am a local guide on google, will add a review there as well.

We had booked the 2 rooms at this property more than 1 month in advance. yet, when we arrived at the property we were told that there were no rooms available and they moved us to a shabby other hotel. and Booking.com was of no help at all.

NO WIFI CONNECTION AND VERY POOR SIGNAL ON ALL NETWORK
