Clean room, new forniture, perfect AC, hot water, many nice restaurants in the area, friendly people

Many flies in the room, they used a spray that killed them but it smell badly. The shower (as it usually is in India) is inside the washroom, without a glass separator/curtains. Anyways, it was located at the end of the washroom so it was ok.

I went there right after my lasik surgery so rest and comfort was my priority. Amber Paramount did not disappoint. Excellent rooms, very clean and top quality. The staff are very professional, helpful and friendly. The location is great as well. I definitely recommend!

Couldn’t pay with my international card and had to resort to cash

Excellent location. Staff was extremely cordial and cooperative (apart from the person who handles front desk at night). Breakfast was reasonably good. Overall good experience.

The front desk person who handles during night. We reached the hotel at the mid night (given the international flight) and found him not very accommodating or cordial. He expected me to respond to his what's app messages on the day when I was flying to confirm my arrival (which I had done few days ago). Also, I had done 3 different booking for different family members. One of my relative arrived at 5 am. He had a room booked for the day, but again this night receptionist was very arrogant. He asked for Rs. 1000 extra to take my relative to my OWN paid room too! Apart from this one guy, my stay was usually nice and peaceful ✌️ One more thing, rooms are NOT very spacious.

1. Whatever was provided was provided well. 2. Check-in was smooth 3. Hotel Staff was friendly and helpful. 4. Location is good, away from traffic but not too far from hustle-bustle.

1. The room size was small but I was aware of it while booking so no complaints. However its a very small room for 2 people. I could manage as I was travelling alone. 2. The breakfast was very basic and so I skipped it on all days. There are very good Udupi restaurants a short distance away and that seemed like a better bet for me for breakfast. 5 to 10 minutes auto ride. 3. Refrigerator was provided in the room but was very smelly.

Theres a lot of hotels with fake reviews on this website, this is not one of them! Great experience overall. Room was very clean with A/C and hot water working great. Complimentary breakfast was provided. Staff is cordial. Very safe and warm feeling.

The sheets were clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff were helpful, the bathroom could have been cleaner.

The floors needed cleaning, the bathroom could have been cleaner, the hot water was'nt hot enough

The location was very nice and quiet. It feels good to have such a locality near the very busy streets of Mumbai. With the benefit of being very close to Metro lines, markets and the mall. The staff were very humble. They fulfilled all the requests we made during our stay. Pleasant stay overall.
