Amazing location, very quiet and serene place up in the hills ! Service is good, and rooms are very nice and spacious.

Every night during dinner service there was extremely loud music playing from the bonfire , which ruined the experience of sitting in the quiet hills surrounded by nature.

I felt the food was a bit expensive and that 20% extra charges for in room dining was not pleasing. other than that the property and the staff were excellent

The staff were very kind, helpful and professional. The resort had amazing facilities, and the restaurant quickly became our favourite place to eat. The views all around the property were fantastic. It is a little far from the Munnar town, but if you have a driver/car to get around it’s not a problem. Couldn’t be happier with our stay.

We travelled here with our 1 year old baby and everything was just perfect right from the climate to the service provided. Whatever i needed for the baby was provided promptly. All the staff were very kind and polite. The view from the property was just mesmerizing!! Also the food at the restaurant was yummy!

Stay at the Haze and Kites was an out-of-this-world experience. This place has everything. Breathtaking scenery and views of the valley from the infinity pool and multiple other locations that enhance your stay experience. Very comfortable and well-kept private rooms with access to the roof. The professionalism and kindness of the staff were exceptional. Before enjoying your delicious dinner, you can attend a gorgeous fire and traditional music session. I most definitely recommend this place for your stay of at least one or two nights.

The views are incredible, the pool is well kept, bonfire from 7-8PM. Staff brings fruits in the evening for breakfast and are very helpful. Our cottage was great. Smart TV so you can watch Netflix or other apps directly from the TV. Internet was good and I could put in some work when needed. Breakfast buffet was good as well and we tried many items from a la carte menu which were all great. Amazing place to relax with a perfect view. Highly recommended.

It's a little bit out of the city but totally worth it.

The location was amazing and the overall stay was excellent!! What a great hospitality!! The staff contacted us 2 days before and shared us the location, so we were able to get there easily without a hassle. Little interior though. Very good wifi and modern facilities. The staff were helpful in every way. For lunch or dinner, they take the orders well in advance but I guess that's needed for them to plan better . For breakfast, buffet spread seem to be sufficient and definitely yummiest food. We had great stay amidst nature with the sounds of birds and cicadas. Every room has good view. And the upper ones have better ones. Nevertheless, there are plenty of view points to watch sunset, from room, terrace, deck etc. Overall very clean place and we really enjoyed our stay! Highly recommended.

This is an excellent resort in Munnar, the rooms are very spacious and clean with proper amenities. The mountain view from the room is amazing. Irecommend anyone looking to book here choose the same room i've booked. very beautiful stay ,fresh air and very rejuvenating. I will be considering a second trip later.

We did last minute booking ..its little far away from munnar,but location is excellent ..its so peaceful to spend time with someone away from busy schedule in this very calm ,serene location ..we enjoyed each and every second in and around resort..we enjoyed campfire and music in the night..room is so good ..I love paintings in resort..

Restaurant will close early night ,so they want menu to be informed early at 8pm they will start asking what we want..that thing alone I didn't like...if u change Restaurant timings and prolong it in night it will be good..morning breakfast spread is good..food is tasty
