Nestled in verdant, sylvan surroundings, Aveda Mountains & Mist, Munnar, where we spent 2 nights has exceeded all our expectations. Everything, from the rooms, linen, the choice of food items, were exceptional. Above all, the GM Mr Surendran & his dedicated Team were always willing to walk the extra mile with a smile. We plan to spend a longer stay at Aveda in the near future. Pia & S K Chowdhuri. This was a two-day large family group stay which turned out to be truly memorable in every respect. In addition to the resort’s beautiful and tranquil location with outstanding views, the service was absolutely exceptional. The resort has beautiful landscaped gardens and a clean swimming pool. The cottages and rooms are very modern, comfortable and clean. Every staff member was courteous and respectful and always ready to help. However, General Manager, Mr Surendran and chef, Mr Raghunath deserves special mention for their leadership and excellent attention to our needs which ensured a hassle free and truly happy experience. We felt very well looked after and their hospitality was genuine and superb. We will also never forget the excellent and sumptuous dinners prepared by chef Raghunath and his team and we really felt spoilt. Great view… very peaceful and well maintained resort. Staff is friendly and take good care of guests. They have electric buggy to assist with moving around the resort. Food is amazing, loved all dishes. Rooms are maintained well and cleaned well. Whatever they do in the room, no insects seem to come inside.. so thank you for that 🙂🙂

Elevation of this resort is just about 920 m. So it may not be as cold as Munnar.

First big thanks to Ms. jeni, she is very kindly and smily😃. She took care of us in our stay in the resort even before arrival contacted with us to make everything ready. The resort is nice, including the rooms as well as the resort outdoor is nice. It's one of my recommended bookings.

Need improve in the food. The breakfast is not that much suitable for us. Even the dinner does not deserve the money value.

Overall it was an excellent experience. Staffs were very good especially the receptionist (Nasim). Check in and out was very smooth. He communicated very well about the facilities. Nice and clean rooms. Breakfast buffet was very good.

The ambience of the restaurant (temporarily arranged) is the only thing we felt negative

Beautiful location, very friendly staff, fully accomodating our requests, Your requests are prioritised and so is your comfort. They understand the peace and quiet we need and make sure to give us the space and also know when to reach out so that we do not miss on the activities and meals

The property is very is located in the middle of a forest, so quiet and relaxing. The reception staff were very welcoming and respectful. The resort is suitable for families, my family and I really loved it

No Varieties on the breakfast, there was a slowness in the restaurant’s service. The main door’s direction of villa 202 need to be changed, my son and daughter fell on the staircase because of the interfere or conflict between the main door and staircase.

The location, Private pool, and the hospitality were good.

The chicken sandwiches at the restaurant were just plain with just mayonnaise and no chicken. The private pool in the room is not covered which can cause safety concerns for family with children

Pretty much perfect. So nicely located within the mountains. Quiet place ideally for relaxing. Restaurant was really good.

Breakfast should start a little earlier for all those who plan to go on a trek.

The villa with indoor pool was an absolute beauty. It was the perfect place to spend time with my wife, days after the wedding.

Maybe the location I would say, but it’s personal as well as debatable.
