We stayed at Mysore as we were visiting the Somnathpura Temples and the Talakadu Temples. We stayed at the Radisson Blu, and overall, it was a delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. Check-in was smooth and efficient, setting a positive tone for the rest of our stay. The complimentary drinks, including wine, were a thoughtful touch and much appreciated. Our room, a spacious Business room, was well-appointed and comfortable. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job ensuring everything was spotless and well-stocked with high-quality toiletries. Our only minor disappointment was the disappearance of a perfume bottle from our room. While it did cast a slight shadow over an otherwise perfect stay, it was the only issue in what was otherwise a fantastic visit. We look forward to returning and would recommend Radisson Blu for its excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and welcoming amenities.

The missing bottle of perfume. We did not let this affect us as otherwise the stay was wonderful. Of course this may be attributed to a single employee's deed. The Higher management needs to train the staff on this aspect - especially how it is important to gain trust of customers for the Brand to succeed.

The location (close proximity to the palace, city center, Zoo, Mall and other attractions); Size of the Room was great!; Fitness/Wellness facilities: Yoga course, Jacuzzi, Sauna, pool, fitness room; Nice and friendly Reception staff; Choice of several dishes during Breakfast.

Staff in the restaurant 'Spring' wasn't very professional. We were directed to dirty tables more than once, many of the north Indian dishes and basic items (such as masala chai & most of the paranthas we tried) were not good! Staff at the Fitness Center wasn't attentive (missing towels, dirty & old mats).

The Radisson Mysore is an exceptional property that blends luxury and comfort seamlessly. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and offer breathtaking views of the Chamundi Hills. The peaceful ambiance and lush greenery create a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. The location is ideal—close to major attractions yet tucked away from the city's hustle and bustle. The staff’s hospitality was outstanding, making the stay even more memorable, and the property itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a serene and rejuvenating experience.

I wasn’t aware that the property had facilities like the sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi available for use. It would have been great if these amenities were better communicated during check-in or highlighted more visibly around the hotel. I would have loved to take advantage of them during my stay!

1) Concierge / Bell boy: Great job - Arrival & departure was very smooth by person on duty on that day 2) Front desk – Excellent team; Kaushik requires special mention here - we were made to feel welcome even though they had a crowd around them. Request for a mountain view & 2 rooms close to each other was also honored & the check-in was swift & smooth. 3) Washroom - Nice hot water set up with good shower & all accessories stocked. Clean towels provided require a special mention! Interiors were pleasant. Overall, the place is ok for 1 night stay. The wash basin hole could be cleaned in both rooms. 4) Bedding - Comfortable mattress, pillow & blankets – Expected to be offered a choice of hardness/softness of bedding & pillows – none provided; the bedding was too soft for our comfort. 5) Location - perfect for restaurants & landmarks. This was our first stay at Radisson, Mysore. short walk to the main landmarks and yet in a quiet surrounding. 6) Staff - requires special mention from front desk to housekeeping - maintained a clean room. 7) Breakfast – Fardeen requires a pat on the back; His service to all customers was excellent. The taste was up to mark – authentic. They also provided additional spread by demand – dosas, omelets etc. The staff here were polite and ready to serve what you are looking for. 8) Check out: Lipika helped us make a smooth check out

1) Wash Basin holes could have been cleaned

Very convenient location in the city. Very grand entrance lobby and in general the hotel building is very grand and seems luxurious. Staff were helpful and courteous. Beautiful view of the Chamundi hills from our room on the 3rd floor. The room was decent size, the bathroom was big with both bathtub and shower cubicle. In buffet breakfast south indian items were good but the north Indian items could have been better. Nice swimming pool! Overall, I would recommend this hotel and would love to stay again.

North Indian items in the breakfast could be a bit better. Hot water in the shower was not consistent. It seemed as if you had to wait far too long for hot water to start coming from the shower.

Perfect location, walking distance from the zoo and next door to a shopping mall! We loved the spring restaurant for breakfast and lunch, lots to choose from the continental breakfast spread. The staff were exceptional at their hospitality, from our valet to room keeping, have no complaints. The room was clean and spacious. All amenities worked as they should. Internet was fast. Special requests were tended to in a quick manner. Swimming pool was clean and sparkling. Water quality neat. We had a great holiday stay thank you!

When we booked online, the booking.com ad said the room amenities included a sofa bed. But when we went into our room there wasn't one. So when we asked reception and pointed out the ad on booking.com, they swiftly rectified the issue and provided us with an extra bed. Great customer service 👏.

My family and I absolutely loved the ambiance and the courtesy at the property. It was worth the travel by car from Bengaluru to Mysuru. The entire stay was managed really well by the staff ensuring my wife, toddler, and infant were well taken care of. I would certainly love to revisit the property the next time I travel to Mysuru

The Jacuzzi was under repair when we reached the property. My plan was to use the Jacuzzi on Day 1 and then explore Mysuru from Day 2. I was not able to use the Jacuzzi during the stay as I had a packed travel plan with my family

Very comfortable rooms. Bigger than average. Staff is excellent, very friendly and helpful. For business class rooms they have a nice lounge to work from Restaurants in the hotel are very good so you don't really need to step out for dinner. Variety of food is great For women travelling alone, this hotel feels very safe and even has a safety lock so that the door cannot be opened from outside

One tiny thing that bothered me was too many of the staff interrupting during meals to ask if we liked the meal. And even calling after room service to ask. If we liked the food. This does become annoying after a point. Though the staff has the best intention in mind and are extremely nice.

The location was a peaceful place

Customer relations manager was not available to reach over call or texts or in person. The room that I booked was given to someone else which made it an unpleasant welcome. The room that we booked was not available for us. We had to adamantly demand the room that I had booked for them to give it to us. The checkin experience was bad and the room did not have the toiletries that would be in any other room

Beautiful building close to airport. Good breakfast buffet. Comfortable beds and bathroom.

When I asked a question through booking it took sevral days before I got an answer and it wasn’t even a comple answer so I asked again and then it took several weeks before I got an answer, obviously way too late. Upon checking the staff told us we got a free upgrade to a business class room with a nice view wich didn’t make sense to us. The view was not interesting at all and we had a room near a busy meeting hall not sure if this was actually and upgrade.
