Extensive buffet breakfast, with something for everyone...many live counters with delicious food. Pool was clean and well maintained. Room was clean and beds were comfy. Location and security were good.

Check in process was rather slow, had requested for a king size bed during booking, at check in they asked again what we would prefer and then after a bit of waiting said they only have twin beds available. So I requested for an extra bed then and the check in staff was bit reluctant to give one, however the senior staff intervened and promptly gave us an extra bed. Also on day of check out, asked for a weighing scale for luggage, inspite of several calls to reception and assurances that it was sent, we never got it. Apart from that, all the restaurant staff and housekeeping staff were pleasant, helpful and welcoming.

It was my second stay at this hotel and I came because of the beautiful rooms. When I arrived, I was given a small room that smelled very strongly of smoke. we were told that this was because half the corridor was smokers and the other half non-smokers. after one night, I insisted on an upgrade - to a business room on the top floor. i didn't even know they existed and NOW the stay was an experience again, a perfect nice big good smelling room with a pleasant business lounge (there were few offers to snack or eat and always the same), but it was very pleasantly quiet, especially for breakfast. if you knew what you wanted, you could order it wonderfully. I extended my stay by another 2 days. the breakfast is a bit hectic in the large hotel, but very varied. they have the second best bircher muesli I've had in India after the Taj Hotel, but the marmalade is off-puttingly cheap from the price.

The pool area is very beautiful, with a pleasantly large pool. However, it is often occupied by Indian families with children, making it hardly usable for regular guests, especially in the late afternoon. At that time, there are no available lounge chairs either. The fitness center is rather small. Compared to other 5-star hotels, the price-performance ratio is not satisfactory—it has become significantly more expensive. I will probably choose a different hotel next time.

We had a great experience at Radisson Blu. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our last-minute request to decorate our son’s room, and they did a fantastic job. The decoration was stylish and subtle, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere without being overdone. A big thank you to Soundarya and Mr. Muthu for their support and professionalism. They were both very gracious and made sure everything was taken care of smoothly. Their attention to detail really stood out and made our stay extra special. Highly recommend for anyone looking for thoughtful service and a comfortable stay.

We stayed in Radisson for 2 nights in the Deluxe room with Hill view. The room is spacious with a good view of the chamundi hills. Our room had partial view of the swimming pool and you could spot the minarets of the Raajendra Vilasa Palace on the Chamundi hills. The spread of the breakfast, lunch and dinner was what you would expect from a 5 star rated hotel (very much satisfied on the front). The staff was very helpful and always wearing a smile. Also the location of the hotel is very close to the Zoo and city center is also not very far.

We were expecting it to have a kids play area which was missing.

Breakfast spread really good. The staff was very courteous and helpful. We were upgraded to a Junior Suite room, which was surprising and we were happy about it since we were there for a special occasion. The bathtub was big and good, though they didn't have bath salts when I requested for it. The location of the hotel is the best part and the rooms and the hotel in general is good looking.

I had requested some decorations for his birthday which they couldn't arrange for and I had asked for candle light dinner which was underwhelming too. In room dining food was average, the mushroom soup could have been better and the batter fried fish dint feel great either. The Spaghetti Bolognese pasta was very underwhelming. The ladies jacuzzi had an odd smell.

Breakfast was good. Very good look and feel of the hotel. Waiting lounge, reception area is huge and well maintained.

Early check-in request could not be addressed, so our waiting time was 2 hours. They provided us connected room while we were looking for two separate rooms, which we didn't like very much. Dinner buffet was sub-par. Spread was limited and taste was not upto the Radisson standards. We asked for anniversary celebration deco along with the dinner, and all they did was put 4 candles on our table. Not happy with it.

We stayed at Mysore as we were visiting the Somnathpura Temples and the Talakadu Temples. We stayed at the Radisson Blu, and overall, it was a delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. Check-in was smooth and efficient, setting a positive tone for the rest of our stay. The complimentary drinks, including wine, were a thoughtful touch and much appreciated. Our room, a spacious Business room, was well-appointed and comfortable. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job ensuring everything was spotless and well-stocked with high-quality toiletries. Our only minor disappointment was the disappearance of a perfume bottle from our room. While it did cast a slight shadow over an otherwise perfect stay, it was the only issue in what was otherwise a fantastic visit. We look forward to returning and would recommend Radisson Blu for its excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and welcoming amenities.

The missing bottle of perfume. We did not let this affect us as otherwise the stay was wonderful. Of course this may be attributed to a single employee's deed. The Higher management needs to train the staff on this aspect - especially how it is important to gain trust of customers for the Brand to succeed.

The location (close proximity to the palace, city center, Zoo, Mall and other attractions); Size of the Room was great!; Fitness/Wellness facilities: Yoga course, Jacuzzi, Sauna, pool, fitness room; Nice and friendly Reception staff; Choice of several dishes during Breakfast.

Staff in the restaurant 'Spring' wasn't very professional. We were directed to dirty tables more than once, many of the north Indian dishes and basic items (such as masala chai & most of the paranthas we tried) were not good! Staff at the Fitness Center wasn't attentive (missing towels, dirty & old mats).

The Radisson Mysore is an exceptional property that blends luxury and comfort seamlessly. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and offer breathtaking views of the Chamundi Hills. The peaceful ambiance and lush greenery create a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. The location is ideal—close to major attractions yet tucked away from the city's hustle and bustle. The staff’s hospitality was outstanding, making the stay even more memorable, and the property itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a serene and rejuvenating experience.

I wasn’t aware that the property had facilities like the sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi available for use. It would have been great if these amenities were better communicated during check-in or highlighted more visibly around the hotel. I would have loved to take advantage of them during my stay!

Very convenient location in the city. Very grand entrance lobby and in general the hotel building is very grand and seems luxurious. Staff were helpful and courteous. Beautiful view of the Chamundi hills from our room on the 3rd floor. The room was decent size, the bathroom was big with both bathtub and shower cubicle. In buffet breakfast south indian items were good but the north Indian items could have been better. Nice swimming pool! Overall, I would recommend this hotel and would love to stay again.

North Indian items in the breakfast could be a bit better. Hot water in the shower was not consistent. It seemed as if you had to wait far too long for hot water to start coming from the shower.
