My recent stay at this hotel in Ooty was nothing short of delightful. The ambiance made it feel like a home away from home, which was especially comforting. One standout feature was their policy of allowing outside food, which added to the convenience of the stay.Another highlight was the proximity to Hyderabad Biryani House, just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient for delicious meals. Additionally, Swiggy delivery service extended to the hotel, offering plenty of dining options. The staff were exceptionally well-behaved and attentive. They promptly addressed all our needs, ensuring a hassle-free experience throughout our stay. Overall, my experience was highly positive. The combination of a homely atmosphere, flexibility with dining options, and exceptional service from the staff made this stay memorable. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone with family/couple visiting Ooty.

The parking situation, though on a slope, was managed efficiently by the helpful staff who assisted with parking, showcasing their excellent driving skills.

This cottage is located nearby bus stand. I booked a standard room it was good for that price. The staffs were so humble especially MR.RAMESH he was so gentle, polite and professional in handling the customers. He helped in booking cab for us and explained everything so politely. And they deliver food to your room we didn't have to pick it up, food was ok neither spicy nor bland. This cottage is safe for everyone.

Only con was mosquitoes other than the stay was perfect for us.

All the facilities and amenities provided in our stay at Aakash Hotel were excellent - food was customized as per our requests and needs ‐ everybody in the management, from the manager to housekeepers were extremely amicable and ready to help out and provide service at everytime. Special mention to Mr Ramesh who was extremely polite and genial. He was always smiling, attended to our needs super promptly and gave correct information regarding sightseeing and taxi services. Thank you for making our stay in Ooty so comfortable, leisure and great. Looking forward to coming back for another awesome stay.

Nothing lacks at present .. nothing as not liking but some rooms could have been built with balcony ... Suggest a laundry room to wash and dry clothes too.

Food and coffee of these hotel is very good. Staffs are very well behaved and cooperative, rooms are a little bit small but well facilitate and budget friendly. Location is also good. I must suggest other to stay here.

The size of the rooms is little bit smaller, and the rooms doesn't contained attached balcony.

Cleanliness. Room and bathroom was neat and clean. They had provided home like food. If you are looking for home like South Indian breakfast order for it (P.S. we had tasted idli, Vada, dosa all served with chutney and sambar) even evening snacks was good (especially french fries, onion pakoda and onion bajji with chutney). Staffs were very helpful they gave contacts of travels to opt for sightseeing in Ooty. 24Hrs. hot water facility. Normal and hot water for drinking which is available 24Hrs. Enough blankets were provided to beat the Ooty weather.

Some facts : 1. The standard double room is quite small but decent enough (if you are looking for bigger rooms they have options) 2. Voices from the lobby/corridor can be heard inside the room (when we visited there was a family stayed with couple of children and their voice can be heard inside room when they were walking/playing in the lobby/corridor)

If you are staying here you can order the food for breakfast and dinner, it's value for money and the staff is also responding quickly. Over all its worth to stay there for couples as well as family. It's in the middle of the city.

Good place, no complaints about the room or staff, all clean and functional

Although in a central location, it's on a busy road (with lots of vehicle exhaust) and some walking is necessary to reach most shopping/restaurants and local sites

car parking is conjected n its like valley from main road to getting in n some how feel danger un-safe nervous to let out d car it is hereby requested the property owner the above may be made good n feel 2 comfortable tqu

We came from Bangalore and our bus reached at Ooty at 6.30 in the morning. They accepted our request for the early check-in. We stayed here for 2 nights. And overall our stay was really good. The staff is courteous. Their food is also homely. I will recommend to try their breakfast/snacks menu and their tea. The rooms were also clean and provided value for the money. They also have got water facility available 24/7 which is difficult to find in Ooty at a reasonable rate.
