Room maintained well with good hygine..Location is closer to main town and approcable to site seeing locations. Breakfast is very special and value for money.

I see little money minded..I did asked for rooms in 1st floor couple of days before which they accepted but at the time of checkin they said only ground floor available. They dont serve food for dinner and we have been asked to take food from outside but they dont allow food to take at restaurant while we tried argue they want service charge to use restaurant.

The property is located at a very easily accessible location and the place is calm and peaceful. The deluxe rooms had a nice view from the balcony. The rooms were very neat and the staff were really friendly. There is adequate parking and there are grocery stores nearby just in case u wanna run for a small essentials shopping. The breakfast is south indian and was delicious.

One downside is that, the balcony faces towards the neighborhood houses and it is not private at all. And the hot water for bathing was not great. It was just warm and got cold again within minutes. Otherwise loved the time there.

Seriously, the breakfast was awesome and tasty . The hotel is located on the main road and Ooty main stands at a distance of 1.5km. There was an auto 500m away from the hotel. I surely recommend this hotel to the family. I haven't faced any hot water issues in the bathroom. The hotel is not recommended to those who expect more services like high expensive hotels provide.

I stayed two days, even one day they didn't come to clean the room. But, i hope, it would have cleaned if I asked them for it as I got a few help when I asked them.

The stay itself is soo cute.....like other places look like a hotel but this stay looks like a well decorated home from outside.. The rooms are good...the staff is THE besttt... Its so close to cafe's like Le cafe and little earth cafe and LBB cafe(please check this cafe out)...so you can have a good walk... This is my 2nd time staying in west bury road...this stay is gonna be my personal favorite ❤️

The location of this property is near to most of the places to visit. They have the car parking facility. Its is worth for the money in this budget, room is decent with all the basic needs. Hot water , TV are available. Breakfast is complimentary which is very good. They are providing multiple varieties of breakfast on each day, tea,milk, bread,fruit. Overall I enjoyed my stay over there.

Location was easy search, Rooms were clean and well maintained, Food was exceptional. Also, the birthday party arrangement in short notice was simply too good. Cake was tasty and kids loved it. Overall a decent family place and would love to visit again. Owners n staff were too kind and very co-operative.

Parking space can be extended. Coz the existing place was tiny to make a turn or reverse.

This hotel is an excellent choice for those seeking a reasonably priced accommodation(i booked it for 2k, it was just 1600, 2 days prior i book) with parking facilities and a convenient location near Ooty Lake (just 1 KM). The hotel offered Poori, Idli, Poha and toasted bread in breakfast, friendly staff, and restaurants within walking distance.
