The staff were amazing. We were travelling by train and they arranged a driver to collect us even having to change the station of collection on the day. (Anthony was a great driver given the trip to Ooty is full of hair pin bends, and he took us on our tour of Ooty the following day). Raj Kumar in the bar was very attentive and lovely to talk to of an evening. Also the bingo around the campfire at night was a nice touch and the member of staff who ran it was the perfect host. The hotel made our stay in Ooty very special

The greenery and the beautiful flowers make the property very pleasant.. the lawns and open spaces, the bonfire at night. The staff is very courteous. Niaomi from the restaurant was extremely pleasant to interact with, always had a smile on her face and was very prompt all the time.

There is only one restaurant and it makes it difficult to get a table some times.. also the options to choose from the menu are very limited. The lounge/bar is very sad and not inviting at all

The staff went out of the way for all our needs. Especially like to mention Titus who helped us make the most of each day with perfectly curated itinerary. Lakshmikant made sure our dietary needs are taken care of everyday.

The hotel does feel a little dated. Especially the bathrooms and toilets need a major overhaul.

The half board package is truly remarkable. The food was delicious and there was a huge choice of dishes. No restrictions was wonderful and allowed a really indulgent stay. Service in the restaurant was next level. So much care over every detail.

It takes a long time to reach Ooty from anywhere. This is not the fault of the hotel but there is a long trip ahead of anyone even if you are starting out from relatively close by.

The location of the hotel is a just perfect . Being in the main city but away from the hustle and bustle . The property is beautiful. The staff were courteous and very helpful ( though they were definitely understaffed for the Diwali long weekend crowd) . Breakfast was sumptuous and had ample options.

The overall is positive the room was big enough and the garden is well maintained. It is located 2 km from the city but there is no pedestrian way

The breakfast cost is much too high and not proportional and there is no alternative

Wifi was great, breakfast had diverse choice to pick from, surroundings was really pleasant and the hotel arena was well maintained. There are some lovely cats that you can take pictures with too.

I feel like the food options especially during lunch and dinner were not good enough, just bland taste and below average. It wasn't good in terms of food taste benchmark.

The ambience was tranquil with flowers and trees all around, best thing were the activities that we could do there , and indubitably the property was maintained really well which makes Savoy top notch and the stay a truly unique experience .

loved the look and feel of the property and the very hospitable staff who go out of their way to make our experience memorable .

I expected some good views from the property considering the price , also the morning breakfast is definitely not upto the standards of a taj property and much room to improve on that front

Breakfast food variety and choices were plenty. Food preparation was presentable and tasty. Staff at every level was cooperative and helpful with smile. Cleanliness of the whole property was appreciable.

Price of the cup of the Tea at "high tea" time was high.
