We wouldn’t usually have booked this property based on the Booking.com reviews, but we had an amazing experience at another Neemrana property so we trusted our instincts and booked this one. It turned out to be a great decision, as we found a lovely and cosy period property with friendly staff and a good location. Highlights were how stunningly beautiful our room was (Eucalyptus), with really high quality bedding (Egyptian cotton?) and the friendliness and flexibility of the staff who were always willing to help

With both Neemrana properties we’ve stayed at I think they centralize their booking.com management which is a mistake … as before I stay, there is very cold communication and I regret booking, only to be greeted incredibly warmly at the property itself

Lovely property. Felt more like a BnB and less of a hotel. Friendly staff. We loved the food. Freshly prepared and very tasty. The service is a bit slow but very friendly, they were very accommodative of our toddler's food requirements. We had a good stay and would love to return.

Rooms are very big but a bit dated.

The location of the property was excellent. Robin from Neemrana's team was forthcoming in calling me a day before and enquired about our check in timings. He also shared across soft copy of the menu. Bala from the Kitchen team was helpful across the stay. Geetha, the manager ensured that we a family of 8, were accommodated, as near as possible.

The overall property needs some maintenance and renovation. The Bungalow needs to be refurbished.

Perfect boutique hotel located in Coonooor, walking distance from SIMS park Cute rooms, in the old colonial style. They even have a fireplace on in the evenings.. Huge thank you to Gita, who looked after us with such good care! Kitchen staff, cleaning staff, everyone was very friendly and helpful! Decent south Indian breakfast, also serve some toast etc and an in house restaurant.. Definitely recommend staying here!

I was very pleased with how clean the room and bathroom were! The furniture and decor are nice, as are the toiletries provided. Everything is spacious. The staff were lovely, breakfasts were good, tea was delicious.

Our room was at the front of the property and we could constantly hear a lot of noise from the main road outside.

Very courteous staff and the location is very close to SIMS part. It is great for people who enjoy hikes along the mountain roads and tea gardens. The breakfast options are good. Dinner and lunch are on order and are simple freshly home cooked meals. We loved our stay and the hospitality.

The antiquity of the house. 1830s built by a British officer. Still in quite good shape. Great bedroom with direct access to lovely garden. Nice dining room and great food. Mgr very helpful in arranging access to key sights

The Wallwood Garden is centrally located . It's walking distance from Sims Park. The property is beautifully maintained. The staff is warm & very helpful. Its nice & peaceful at The Wallwood Garden. The travel to & from Ooty , the airport drop was all beautifully arranged by Robin. I would love to go back to The Wallwood Garden sometime soon .

A very well-grounded breakfast. Not too fancy but checked all the right boxes. The chef made us all feel very much at home with his cooking. The location of Neemrana's Wallwood Garden is extremely convenient.

Everything met our expectations.

I thought the staff was very courteous, friendly and supportive of our needs. All of them (Robin, geetha, dinesh, Mullai etc.) are well trained in handling the guests and helped in making the stay as comfortable as possible. They were always accommodative and pleasant during the whole stay and lunch and dinner was tailored for our specific needs since i was also having my 77 yr old mom stay with me here.

Though it is a heritage property, the management should spend more for its upkeep and presentation. While i enjoyed the old world charm, the property felt like it needs an upgrade to attract visitors. The staff is the best part of Neemrana and with a boost to the looks of the colonial house, it will add to the satisfaction of the stay.
