Staff is highly professional and well trained. Supportive and efficient at all levels from housekeeping to help desk. Big Shoutout to Apurv and Swaponeel (Reception) Sameer, Sonia, Lokesh, Muskan, Nupur,Debojyoti and Rubina ( Dining management). Abhishek from housekeeping. And the extra care taken by Satish Vishwakarma (manager). The stay was warm, welcoming, safe and comfortable. All the requests were addressed immediately. Food was good as well.

Carpets of the room could have been cleaner. The vents of the duct need cleaning. The exhaust of the bathroom was not working at all with led to humidity all over post bath.

We visit the property almost each month and had an excellent stay this time. Check-in was very smooth. I would like to mention that Debarati Chakraborty at the reception was very helpful,nice & polite and provided us an upgraded room with nice view. She also sent a special plum cake in our room for the Christmas. Room was nicely equipped with all required amenities. House keeping also was good. Food was excellent in both breakfast buffet and dinner buffet. Christmas special dinner buffet was just awesome. There were a huge spread of varieties..just like double than a normal day buffet. Thanks to the entire cooking department.

Only 2 points: The toothbrush quality was very poor. 2 years back, it was good but for last couple of years it got degraded. We really expect to get a better quality next time, else we have to carry our own toothbrush ☹️ Some of the restaurant stuffs need proper training how to behave with the boarders and also need to know the proper table manners.

The room was compact but very comfortable for a couple. The bathroom was well designed with the wash basin, shower and commode in separate enclosures. The intelligent TV in the room was a pleasant surprise. We enjoyed watching our favourite TV shows on Neflix and Prime. The breakfast was excellent, something we have come to expect across all Novotel properites.

Our room overlooked the swimming pool and as luck would have it there was a wedding ceremony in the evening. This information was not shared with us. Whilst the room had sound proofing, it was not adequate enough to prevent the deep bass sounds from the music system that went on late into the night. We had a disturbed sleep that night as a result of which we could not have the early start we had planned for the next day. There was also no apology from the hotel when we complained about the noise late into the night.

at time of check in they mentioned if I take in room dining they will reconcile at check out. I had paid full room rate at check in I ordered item worth Rs 394 and they kept calling me at 10 40 pm arguing with me to make the payment. ironically it was a Mr swapnil who humiliated me by insisting I pay in the night , when it was him who told me I can pay during check out. for such a minor amount he ruined my experience. when I asked for night duty manager call back , it never came. they should take action against this kind of behaviour

I had requested pickup from the airport, none of the staff present were aware of it. As I talked to the front desk staff, the service improved. Initially, the breakfast and dinner experience was poor. When the staff was informed about the issues, they quickly took note and started improving. In short, it means, you do not have a good system, however, the staff makes it up.

I had already stayed here last year and wonderful property. Excellent team during breakfast, so many people working to serve the food and help at service. Wonderful lobby and the person who assisted me Arshit and one more person who got my accomodation done.... Splendid front desk reception, dynamic team at food counters all young people... And management stand there everywhere to assist guests. Nothing much to say, Excellent and best near the airport. With the metro, travelling from the hotel to city centre is also 15 minutes.

We visited the property several times in last couple of years and will visit again as we like the hospitality and food. This time we got a free room upgradation along with a cordial welcoming. I would like to mention Ruchita at the front desk in this regard, she was always very nice and helpful. This time she made us happier by providing the welcome drink and a nice departing gift. Room was very well decorated along with all the modern amenities, washroom was nice. The view from room was great as usual. The service was also very good. We became fan of their food at in-house restaurant 'The Square'. Each time the chefs pleased us with a lots of yummy and healthy foods. Overall, our stay was just awesome 😎

Room service is extremely slow when it comes to food as well as concierge service. Definitely need to improve on it. Also there was some goof up while checking us in when it comes to swiping the card later extra money was charged to us on checkout due to a staff mistake. Need to pay more attention while checking in a guest. Out of all the Accor hotels I have stayed world-wide Pune Novotel was very average including the services.

I really liked how friendly and positive the staff were. At security we were always greated with a wonderful smile. Reception were always happy to respond and help with anything. At the restaurant (buffet) we frequently were served by Ganesh and Bajarang who would make sure we try local food, they took a very good care of us at breakfast and dinner. All the staff at the hotel were amazing. We were happy with our stay and if in Pune again, we would consider going to Novotel again.

The only thing I was a bit unhappy with was the smell in the room. It smelled of mould. The windows could not be opened and the venilation system wasn't enough to deal with the smell. Not sure if it was only our room or if it runs through the hotel in general.

We liked everything. Room was well equipped with the modern amenities and with beautiful pool & city view. Bed was very comfortable. Buffet breakfast and dinner was awesome with lots of yummy food. All the staff members were very helpful. I would like mention the three receptionists Ruchita, Avantika & Ashwini..they were very welcoming and cordial like always. They made our stay special. This was our 6th visit to the property and will stay again soon.
