The staff are exceptionally helpful. The rooms are brilliant but activity areas are run down and need a revamp. Swimming pool is very average. Since our main purpose was to tour Udaipur this did not matter to us. We wanted clean and comfortable rooms and the power shower and facilities were very good (Sajjan suite). We mostly ate at the hotel and the food was excellent and expensive for Indian standards but we didn’t mind. The staff are always there to help. I cannot recommend them enough for their constant attention and dedication.

It was nice experience …..good location. …. Reception staff need improvement they treatment was not good waiting time to much after you hand over key at check out then they process the check out 20 to 30 min takes …it’s not pleasure after such beautiful property they should keep more train staff .

Sajjan chalet with private pool was beautiful exactly like what was shown in the photos. Staff was very nice and always trying to accommodate every request. Food was nice, the buffet had a different menu every day.

There needs to be more activities for kids. There's one park but it was not in usable condition. Too many mosquitoes although the hotel sprays enough to control it.

The cottages were very nice and bathroom is spacious with excellent open to sky bubble bath. Very quick service and response time to any demands. Staff are very polite and helpful. Location of hotel is also very nice with monsoon palace entrance at walking distance Breakfast is very nice and there is high tea in evening which we loved. We enjoyed the folk dance show and adventure zone was the best part. We wished we would have stayed more than 2 days. They arranged birthday cake from their side at midnight for my sister and the cake was lovely

The cottages outside area is shared between 6 rooms which is little congested.
