Property overall was very good, big spacious rooms. View from the room was very breathtaking, entire city in a glance, even restaurant has good view of the mountains. Very nice and comfortable stay. Bathroom was stinking a bit but we kept window open so that solved the issue. Swimming pool was nice and we enjoyed it with our baby alot. Staff were very nice and helpful, their service was very good. When they came to know, it was our son's 1st bday, chef arranged for a special pastry cake and then one more cake cutting in the evening. Both the cakes were very delicious and were complimentary.

Breakfast was little cold, bathrooms stink a bit. No steam or sauna available on the property.

The property and grounds were very attractive and peaceful. Rooms were large and comfortable. Staff were very enthusiastic and obliging. Overall it was a pleasant stay

It felt a little tired and past its best. The bathroom needed updating. For a published 5* hotel there were only 3 mismatched coat hangers in the wardrobe. I asked for more, but never got them. My in-room phone stopped working twice. I was given a chipped mug with paint spatters on it for my coffee at breakfast one morning. Staff were lovely, but Ramada should invest a little more in the property and staff training

Staff was great. The hotel is fort style and expansive.

Water was salty, messed up hair and skin texture. We had booked rooms with balcony which we didn’t get. They upgraded 2 of our rooms to compensate probably but we had absolutely no view. Felt cheated that way. The hotel only had instant coffee everywhere. It’s shocking that a 5 star hotel serves instant coffee at all.

A picturesque property with the friendliest staff, the Ramada In Udaipur is a must visit when planning a trip to the city of lakes. From accomodating our special needs, to the delicious food and comfortable suite, we loved every minute of being here. While most feel that this property is away from the city centre, but all it takes is 10-15 mins to reach Chetak Circle and you're sorted. The traditional Rajasthani dishes were made to perfection and the staff was super helpful. A fantastic venue for destination weddings too. Thank you to the entire Ramada Team.

Breakfast could have been better, staff was great, Ashish, Narayan, Nikita were very good in their services, fruits were missing for a five star property, dinner was nice, chefs attended guests personally, again star properties cost much and it's all about amazing food that we generally get outside, room was nice, good size, room service suryakant and Aman were very prompt, overall nice experience at the Ramada udaipur, gateman Arjun Singh was very friendly and knew his job perfectly.

Again focus should have been more in food, high rated expensive stays need to have amazing food articles, what we do t get outside must be there in menu, sap could he 3 been cheaper, high time Indian hospitality sector must cater to domestic travellers, they all are designed to cater to foreign tourists but time to change as per Indian tourist.

Staff was excellent and very courteous . Nasheen at the reception was very friendly and helped us with our tours.

The fridge in the rooms make a lot of noise and it’s very disturbing in the night when everything is quiet. Could sleep only when the compressor would switch off . The toilets look very old and worn out as the door handles in the toilet are also rusty.

Please make available option for UPI payment when will book through third party(like booking.com, agoda.com, makemytrip or any other). Caz if we pay through credit card then need to do other payment procedure at resort, its like a tedious and time taking procedure.

The staff and the service was exceptional to the point where they called us to ask why we were not at breakfast and if we wanted they would send it to our room. The first five star hotel I have stayed in India that did not charge a service tax and it was up to the guest on how they felt to tip the staff. The view from our room was amazing you could see the monsoon palace from our balcony and the sunsets were spectacular. They made tomato soup and fried rice for my five year old without any charge. Our rooms would not only be clean but warm and cozy as we were there in winter. Thank you for making our trip to Udaipur memorable.

Right from check in to check out, everything went well. Very courteous staff. Always smiling and willing to help. The lady at the reception during our check in was very helpful. The suite (171) that we stayed in was clean and spacious. Cleaned spotlessly everyday by the housekeeping staff (from what I remember they are called Jitender and Sohan, one of them introduced himself on the final day when we had a chance to meet him). Our request for extra water bottles and towels were fulfilled everyday. Myra restaurant's choice and the taste of food for both breakfast and dinner were mostly good. The person in charge of Myra (Mr Devender, if I remember correctly) was always very courteous and helpful. The first night when my wife could not make it to the restaurant for dinner, he arranged for few dishes to be sent to the room - very thoughtful. My child has multiple food allergies, my wife spoke to the chef who even offered to specially prepare the food for the child in front her so she would not have to worry about cross contamination. Although we did not make use of this offer, just the attitude to go out of their way to serve the guests is very commendable. During the new year's eve party, our allotted table was next to the live food preparation counters. With a young child who has food allergies and asthma, our request to change the table away from the food counters was met despite all the tables being taken up. We are much obliged to the manager / the person in charge for this (apologies, I do not know the name of this person).

The wi fi in our suite (171) was very patchy. My wife who has an android phone actually did not have any problem, where as the rest of us, including the kids who use apple, it was awful. In this day and age, wi fi for kids is extremely important especially for tourists like us who have come from overseas. The food at the new year's eve gala dinner was disappointing. For the money that we paid just for this event was I feel a rip off. The regular buffet in Myra's restaurant was way better. We did not enjoy the music band, the performances by the hotel staff were however quite good. I would have given a perfect score of 10, but have not because of these 2 reasons.

The price charged by booking.com as the Resort was being offered at 30% Discount by other website so I think booking.com should be more customer friendly rather than focusing on only profit
