Large, spacious room which was very modern and clean. Staff went above and beyond when we arrived incredibly early after our sleeper train, allowing us to check into our room early! Breakfast was very good. They also have lots of nice outdoor space near the restaurant where you can sit.

It is quite far from the center of Udaipur so you will need to get a taxi there. Unfortunately the hotel staff weren't very helpful in arranging a taxi, so in the end we walked down to the main road and flagged down a tuk tuk.

Beautiful place to stay. Location is good, not through narrow lanes. They have a parking space in front of hotel that can accommodate 15-20 cars. Breakfast was awesome, so may options. Room was clean. Liked overall stay. Interiors are beautiful, good to take photos.. Staff was helpful and courteous.

There were some issues while checkin. They did not have our booking. They had to go through a lot of their mails to find it. Another minor issue was hot water. Even if you turn the knob to full hot water, you just get warm water.

Excellent location, warm hospitality . Mr Maneesh Kaushik in the front desk, took care of everything with a smiling face and polite behavior. The staffs in the restaurant was extremely caring and obliging. Great experience, just loved the place.

Being a fitness pro, badly missed a health center.

The location is a little inside, but everything else at the hotel was great. The rooms are big and spacious, breakfast had a wide spread, food was tasty and stay was comfortable.

My only issue was with the front-desk guy in the night who kept chewing some kind of pan masala, couldn't stand next to him and talk. Apart from that, the rest of the staff was great, polite and ready to serve with a smile.

Location is around 20-30mins away from the lakes but this was still a great deal. Also, hairdryers in the room would be nice (I didn’t ask for one so I don’t know if they provide upon requesting)

Decent options. There could have been an improvement in the flavour aspect. the chef should stick to what they make best rather than trying to be diverse and not meeting the standard.

Food serve at the hotel could be better. 100 for the effort but sticking to wha they can prepare best must be done rather than creating an elaborate menu

I really like the behaviour and hospitality of the staff. They were really helpful and easy to approach. I got sick for a day during my vacation and the staff helped in every way either to get medicine or other help.

It’s not something that I didn’t like it is just a small suggestion. Breakfast was decent and tasty, however I feel more breakfast items can be added to give more options.
