The property was ideally located at the Ghat of Assi , and from here everything is acceptable via foot or taxi. There are two parts to the hotel, and really what made it special were all the staff, who assisted and supported us during the stay, there is a little renovation , and winter months can be cold , but the amazing warm showers help… the rooms are just as the pictures show.. Thank you Hotel Varanasi Heritage , our family will definitely return

Nothing, the place was lovely

The entire staff from the driver who picked us up to the reception staff, cleaning crew, restaurant were all extremely helpful. I travel a lot around the world and the service of the staff here is exceptional.

1.They have to keep their lobby bath room clean, the wash room that we use to wash our hands before and after eating at the restaurant is awful. It stinks since it has not got good flush system at the urinal. We have informed them fro0m the first day but they don't seem to worry about it. Other guest were saying the same thing. 2. Their breakfast time is too late in the morning . we would like them to start at 7 am 3. that bath rooms should have grab bar to assist elderly people.

The staff is very helpful and friendly; I have no complaints about the hotel. I've visited Varanasi several times, and it was definitely my best stay. I would definitely return. The room was perfectly clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for me.

The location is very close to Assi Ghat. It was a clean and comfortable stay. Hot water was good.

There is confusion amongst staff about whether things have been paid for already. Several times had to clarify this to avoid being charged twice.

I loved my stay with hotel Varanasi heritage. Staff was polite and helpful. Room services was really good and restaurant food was very amazing!! If you are looking for a place to stay near ghat and also accessible to main road, then this place is an amazing choice.

A bit delay in check-in time.

Everthing was good. Location was perfect near Assi ghat. All the hotel staffs were very polite, cooperative and helpful. Food was good too. Delux room had good space. We enjoyed there a lot. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

Few improvements are expected since the competition is tough in this area. Improvements such as providing more toiletries (brush-paste, comb, shaving kit, shower gel) in every room is recommended. Also switching off the water boiler , aircon from reception desk should not be done at any time. Though they switch it on immeditely if we call them but in todays world this practice is uncommon.

The staff was great, the rooms were really nice and comfy. The mattress was great too. Also, the breakfast included only have one option each day, but for us was enough. So, good too!

What we did not like about the property was the WIFI. It almost never worked. Also, the hot water was all or nothing. You had really hot water or cold water for the shower.

Hotel is just Walking Distance from Assi Ghat..Hotel staff are good but room size was a little small as expected Buffet was very delicious...Specially Tea was also very good

The room was clean. Staff very helpful. Definitely value for money. Location was fantastic near the ghats.

Breakfast was a bit basic and opened from 8.30am which is a bit late. Overall the Breakfast was made fresh and was tasty.
