The room size was big. Nice, spacious bathroom. Clean.

The reception refused more than two room cards for the suite. The room needs two cards to light up. So, every time you exit the room, even the ac goes off. Also, the shower console was complicated. Breakfast has a big menu. But most items are repeated and tasteless. Also, be early. Else, items are unavailable readily.

Staff are very polite and attend to guests promptly.

When i booked the room through booking.com, it was mentioned as 2 twins and 1 futon bed but actually the hotel did not provide the futon bed. It was provided at extra cost. Also room was not big enough to accommodate the extra bed. This is disappointing.

The friendly staff, amenities and cleanliness of the room and the bathroom. Very professional attitude.

The buffet dinner could have been better. I did not quite like the somewhat limited spread.
