The room was excellent with good space, lighting, comfort and responsive housekeeping. The beach access close by was good. The beach itself sees a bit of backwash of plastics from the sea during high tide. Staff is very polite and goes out of their way to help you. Food variety and taste across breakfast / dinner was good.

The service timings in the restaurant (especially at dinner a-la-carte) were too long. Cocktails didn't really have any punch in them. The swimming pool should have shower access close by, but is not visible. No proper facility to shower right after the beach access. Should be added.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Special mention about Tejas in the bar, Anu in the breakfast room and Wasim the food and beverages manager for all the help and attention to detail. Very neat and clean surroundings and well maintained Gardens. Peaceful locality. Was impressed with the city. It was kept clean and all tourist places were well maintained.

Disappointed with the attached beach. Its public property but mainly accessed by hotel guests. No efforts by the govt or hotel to clean the beach of the washed up plastics and other debris. We had an issue with the air conditioner in one room where due to the moisture and condensation, water was dripping off the walls and ceiling making the entire room very wet. The hotel management changed our room. Food and rooms quite expensive for a small city like Vishakapatnam.

The staffs in the 365 restaurant were helpful and polite, specially who served our food. We opted for ala carte and tried different dishes and we liked the food a lot. Housekeeping staff did a good job of cleaning up the room and making the room comfortable. In room dining was decent. The hotel is clean and beautiful.

I had breakfast, lunch (ala carte)and dinner (ala carte)at the 365 restaurant for my stay. However on 31st night I was not allowed to eat in the restaurant as I had not opted for the buffet dinner. I had toddler with me but still they did not allow to eat at the restaurant. I had to resort to in room dining and on that day it took a lot of time. This left a bad impression on me and my wife. The hotel has to understand that not everybody who lives in the hotel eats buffet, however nice and gala it may be.

Staff very caring and friendly. Restaurant both the manager and staff were exceptional. Room very clean and spacious. Issue in room address with urgency. Extra requirement were addressed. Pool is good and as it's infinity pool looks great. With good music.

Beach was very dirty but does not belong to hotel and so hotel has asked government to address the issue. Sea is very rough so cannot get in. No covered car parking.

Property’s location is superb!! Staff is incredibly sweet and welcoming. Of all the many Radisson properties i have stayed at this one is the best so far and has the best staff, right from the chef to the restaurant managers, bellboys and waiters. All are super helpful and make your stay memorable. Ocean view room is the best one!!

The stench of the sheds and washrooms near the beach. That’s the only thing. Rest all is amazing

We stayed at Radisson Vizag during the Diwali break. Beautiful location and extremely caring service. The beach, even though it is not private, is connected to the property and is one of the most peaceful and beautiful ones we have seen across India. All other key tourist spots in Vizag such as Totlakonda, Kailasagiri, submarine museum etc. are all not more than half an hour from the hotel. The staff was top notch and was extremely attentive to us. We were even invited to the Diwali celebrations at the hotel and had an amazing time with fireworks, food, Diya lighting and rangoli. Room was spacious and clean. The view from balcony of the sea was soothing. The kids play area is good and the recreation room is one of the best I’ve seen. Very well stocked. I can’t believe this property does not yet have as much occupancy as it should. Highly recommend.

The property is relatively new so there are some teething pains but nothing significant that the team can’t improve over time - such as response times to calls/requests and diversity in food menu.

This is a fabulous hotel . The staff without exception are attentive , welcoming and go out of their way to help you without being overbearing. This hotel exceeded all of our expectations. The pool is absolutely fabulous , the hotel is immaculate throughout and food is excellent . Our room had its own entrance and a separate sitting room . Don’t stay anywhere else if you are going to the beautiful Visakhapatnam! Loved it - thank you !

Nothing ! We spent two weeks in India and this was by far the best hotel we stayed in. Also great value for money. I worried about the food but it was amazing !

Breakfast was perfect! Just nothing to comment about, staff at the breakfast were very friendly and supportive, loved the options they had for healthy food, like Millet upma, Raggi idli and raagi dosa. Healthy food doesn't have to taste bad! Loved the location, swimming pool was huge and very very clean, with not much crowd! My kids didn't want to leave the resort!

Mosquitoes inside the rooms! There were not many, but sometimes it gets annoying when you want to sleep after a day's outing and that few mosquitoes inside the room are trapped inside the room.

Excellent breakfast, and dinner was tasty as well! Unbeatable service and welcoming staff members made it such a pleasure to dine there. Coffee and tea service with breakfast was amazing.

Clarification that the resort doesn't connect directly to the beach near it. The description online made it sound like it might connect to the beach.

Excellent hotel. Spacious rooms. Clean toilets. Courteous staff. Excellent breakfast. Not far from the city’s main attractions, but close to the beach. Best place for a weekend escape or for a night stay during visit to Visakhapatanam. Go for this hotel guys. You will not be disappointed.

The beach access area should have been kept more clean.
