Behaviour of owner/staff - 10/10 Cleanliness -10/10 View - 10/10 Value for money - 10/10 Location wise, it's very near to Rushikonda beach, which is a cleaner and less crowded beach.

The only issue I faced was that the hotel is a bit distant from the main city, so it might be a little hectic to visit the historical sites and museums. However, if you prioritise hospitality, service and hygiene, and can have some time spared for travelling within the city, it's a very good place to stay.

Cosy compact no fuss rooms. Check in was fast. Front office staff was cordial.

Basins were really very small and in odd corner, we did not get hot water during two days of stay... Though normal water was ok to use. Basic amenities were missing e.g. toilet roll, brushes, tea and milk pouches. Despite asking for it staff did not deliver or forgot. Apart from this no issues.

The dining hall is same as reception which makes it awkward and uncomfortable.there is no proper handwash area. Rooms were too small

It was very clean. One would love to stay as they have planned everything in a very friendly manner here. The staff were really humble and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here. Breakfast provided. Excellent.

There is no restaurant in the hotel. We need to order from outside. Zomato doesn't deliver being away from the city. Rushikonda beach is more than a km but they have written just 400 mtrs away.

They maintain a good staff in the hotel and are very polite. They provide excellent hospitality and offer the best location to stay in Vizag with a beach view.

The breakfast was decent and since I had some work at GITAM university, it was a perfect location

The ground floor is used for cooking the breakfast and the eating place next to reception can be more organized. However, the arrangements were good.

An awesome experience with my stay here. Staff were so hospitable even though we reached the hotel in the middle of the night. Good breakfast.
