clean friendly staff great food in ala carte but the breakfast buffet was repetitive and boring … the bathroom toilet was leaking and major electricity issues due to power fluctuations so extremely annoying

property location is bad because the view from the room is great but the beach is unsafe due to the locals and Eve teasing around … please don’t wear beach clothes or shorts as the locals going to make it extremely uncomfortable

The employees are extremely well-behaved, well mannered, and full of warmth. Location is perfect for holiday but if you want to take a city tour, keep some extra budget. I have been so many places across the globe but such warmth I never ever received, which I got from Bheemli stuffs.

Customer service was good

Communication should be good between a customer and manager. Prioritize your meetings when customer is waiting for your response. Because with out satisfying your customer at first place, what’s the point of having your internal meetings. 2. Valet parking at midnight arrivals.

Absolutely love this hotel! This is my second time at Bheemli Resort and have loved it both the times. The first one was pre Covid, so was a bit apprehensive about whether the experience would be as good this time around. And was so happy to see that they've kept up their standards and actually improved as well wherever they could. The rooms, facilities, food, service, hospitality, staff - everything was top notch and super comfortable. And when you couple that with the stunning views of the Sea and the proximity to the Beach, this place is an amazing one to be at. Please keep the good work going team! :)

The location facing the quiet beach was perfect. The food was great and it's really worth mentioning. The facilities were kids friendly. My son could ride a cycle and feed the rabbits.

The pathway to play area in the basement was very messy. we had to pass through the laundry and staff cleaning rooms. the pool looked a bit dirty, should be improved.

My visa card did not always work for payment, it was not clear if that was a problem of my bank or at the hotel Noisy other guests who were there to party

This was my third stay at The Bheemli Resort. I love the location, the room and amenities, the food and staff. Super clean rooms and adequate, safe parking space as well.

The wifi seemed to be patchy in my room.

An amazing experience I had with my family for our New year . The staff were very polite and courteous and they had heeded to every request we made. A room with a sea facing balcony was a real icing on the cake! Highly recommended place for a blissful stay at Vizag! Keep up the good work team!!

Great location. Was surprised to find such a great spot to relax by the sea. The balconies provided a great view and literally the sea was a stones throw distance. Food was pretty good and so was the swimming pool on the terrace. Overall a great experience.

Wifi speed could have been a bit better but overall very happy with our stay.
