The property is situated right on the beach just a few meters from the sea. The bungalows are really nice, spacy and comfortable, fitted with large veranda with sofa, table and armchairs. Beautiful garden providing some privacy. Nice pool. Every morning around 5:45 am the guargs were leaving coffee and tea without disturbing, so we could enjoy having a coffee and listening to the sounds of the mother nature while most of the other guests were still sleeping. The breakfast was good and rich enough with various options to choose. Excellent cappuccino. Very friendly staff and excellent service.

The only thing I did not like - it was too hot at the second floor where I was sleeping.

The property is located right on the beach and offers perfect views of the ocean. The grounds are nice and well kept, the pool is clean and attractive, although smaller than the pictures let on. The beach in front of the property is rather rocky but, Jemeluk bay is very close by and offers a sandy beach and is great for snorkeling. The bungalow is spacious, has an outdoor bathroom (just partially covered) and a nice terrace. You can hear the waves all night long.

The bungalows are a bit dated and especially the bathrooms need renovation, as the exposed walls are mouldy. Breakfast is not great: small portions and very little to choose from.

Quiet, boutique hotel, for people looking to relax without to many other guests around. Coffee served on the cottage terrace each morning. Nice pool. Very relaxed atmosphere. Good food - we recommend the barakuda.

Not always easy to get to Amed center, need to go by motorbike or book driver ahead od time. 40 minutes on foot but the road is dark at night and narrow- wouldn't recommend it.

I loved the bungalow style accommodation and the beautiful view from my balcony looking over the thatched roofs & palm trees through to the water. The staff were extremely friendly & helpful.

A little too far to walk into Amed Central which meant relying on local drivers to take you in from the hotel & back again. At $10 each way, costs start adding up. The hotel does offer 2 x courtesy trips into Amed daily but not back to hotel. If you have a motorcycle licence then hiring a scooter is another option. The onsite massages are also a little pricey.

A beautiful by the beach hotel composed of a few traditional-style cabins (If you are not fond of insects, remember that those are not too tight; we didn't mind it). All beds have mosquito nets. Cabins with the best seaview are number 2 and 3 (number 1 is also OK, but it is right by the pool, so be prepared for more people by your veranda). The swimming pool is very nice. You can snorkle practically from the hotel doorsteps. Altogether, we didn't want to leave. Best place to just chill, snorkle and relax for a couple of days.

Limited a la carte menu which becomes monotonous over a stay longer than two nights.

The Property is looking a bit tired there were some maintenance refreshments happening which is good to see The restaurant decor was a tired and dirty Breakfast menu and coffee served for the price charged for the room could be improved Price felt a little bit high for overall experience

We just spent a week here and we loved it. Cosy beach hut style rooms with restaurant and pool right on the beach perfect location for snorkling and discovering the Amed area. Staff are super friendly like most people in Bali. If you're after 5 star luxury this might not be for you but if you want a great Bali experience the Santai is perfect. Very relaxed vibe and good value for money. Thank you.

The mosquito net didn't go all around the bed but it wasn't really an issue.

Our garden bungalow was spacious and lovely, close to the pool and we could still see and hear the ocean from our large front deck, where we spent a lot of time chilling on the comfortable lounge chairs. Staff extremely helpful, facilitates us getting a scooter with zero fuss and minimal expense, got us on an early morning boat ride, offered valuable advice on local attractions and generally took care of our every need with a smile. The resort fronts onto the nicer part of the beach and was super pleasant and just felt like excellent value for money. Happy to recommend.

Stunning location. Beachfront villas were so pretty and loved the deck out front. We woke every day to a little tray of tea and coffee so thoughtful. Breakfast was also so good! Tfw dragonfruit bowl amazzzing! The staff we loved and made us feel so welcomed

Was hard to arrange a massage without a days notice and a ride into town as a complimentary service would have also been appreciated. Just up the hill round the corner and down the hill would be super helpful and avoid long sweaty walks.

We loved our room. It had a very cabin/hut feel. The open ceiling shower and washroom made it feel like you were part of the outdoors. The room were clean and AC worked great. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The breakfast was amazing and very good portion. We loved that the hotel was oceanfront and we could snorkle right on the beach. We also were brought coffee and tea to your door early morning before breakfast which was a big bonus.
