Spacious, nicely furnished room with seaview. There was no mold :) The beach infront of the bungalow is good for snorkeling, you may even see turtles there. The balcony is great for sunbathing. There are some nice restaurants in walking distance.

It was pretty noisy. You can hear the traffic and The music from the restaurants around inside your room even when the doors are closed. There is no soundproofing; you can easily hear your neightbours. The floor of the bathroom stays wet after shower while there is no ventilation. There was no cleaning of our room during our stay.

-Friendly, polite staffs and so accommodating. -Perfect location, the beach right in front of the property so if you want to dip into the water you don’t need to bring key, towel to the beach. Nice to see fishermen prepared their boats from your balcony before heading to the water everyday. -There is a sweet cat that often visit my room during my entire stay, if you see her please kindly feed her, she looks starving, I wanted to take her home after confirming to the staff but I didn’t see her on my last day. -Steps away from convenient store, atm and good restaurants. The surrounding is not too busy but also not super quiet, right in the middle.

Need more electrical socket in the room (on the wall). There’s only one in entire room (in the beach house). The fridge wasn’t cold and my laptop didn’t charge so I guess the socket doesn’t work properly

Can’t beat the location, you can watch the sunrise in the morning from your balcony, step out onto the beach and snorkel right at your doorstep, then walk 10 minutes up the hill to Sunset point for a glorious sunset. There’s also snorkelling equipment on site to rent for $2 AUD and a restaurant with a good breakfast selection. Staff were friendly and very helpful especially the man at reception who gave me advice on where to go during my stay. They clean the rooms every second day and tell you that on arrival but you need to leave them the room key for it.

Bed was quite hard. Bathroom could be a bit cleaner. The main road gets noisy early so if you like a sleep in you might struggle a bit.

We choose the twin room with seaview. Exceed my expectation. Very clean room, big beds, spacious bathroom and balcony which is very useful for snorkelling trip. House reef in the front Of the room is beautiful, saw a couple of turtles. Daily sunrise at doorstep.Helpful staff and nice breakfast. All in all, great value for money and budget stay with a luxury view...

It would be great to add water hose by the beach to wash sand off feet outside, which would help to keep balcony and rooms cleaner, and reduce staff's workload...

We booked a double and twin seafront room and they were literally on the beach! We watched sunrise from our beds, enjoyed a delicious breakfast and then went snorkelling on the reef which is just a few meters out from the sandy beach. They can organise drivers and snorkel trips for you too.

Great location right on the beach of Jembulan Bay. Was refreshing to stay in Amed to relax away from the rest of busy Bali. Not too far walking from beach to up the hill to enjoy sunset view at the many restaurants. We enjoyed sunrise every morning. Snorkelling with plenty of coral and fish to see off the beach and turtles! Would recommend water shoes to make walking on the pebble beach into the water more tolerable. Great AC. Clean, tidy room. Plenty of Freediving and scuba stores on the street. Close to plenty of warungs, convenience store, fruit store, bike hire etc.

Basic breakfast but was fine. We had omelettes and Bali coffee.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Galang Kangin Bungalows and interacting with their wonderful staff member, Polis, and my experience was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. If I had to leave something the beds were very firm.

We stayed in the "deluxe twin room with sea view" and this was awesome! the room size was perfect for the family with two children, furniture is good quality and beds are comfortable. The best for us is that you can watch the sunrise in the sea (just before 6am) and relax in the afternoon with the sunset after a day of snorkeling. Very clean. Huge terrace. We extended our stay, we loved it. You can snorkel right in front the accommodation or go to the other end of the beach where corals are more extended but sometimes a tide of plastic waste washes up the beach in the afternoon.

The location is the absolute best! You are right on the beach and can go snorkeling to see a bunch of fish and even turtles. Waking up and overlooking the ocean was just fabulous. The rooms are simple but clean and have everything you need. Wifi and air-conditioning worked well. They offer scooter rentals and have a small dive shop as well. You get a nice but simple breakfast every morning and the communication with staff was always nice, helpful and easy. It's really good value for money! I recommend taking one of the sea view rooms!
