The location. 10/10! - For snorkling you just walk out off the beach in front. It's turtle point, good reef and plenty of turtles. My husband and i would take turns snorkling with the kids while the other sat/swam by the infinity pool with the baby/ other kid. It is about 15 min walk in either direction to central amed shops/warungs/supermarket. And 15 mins walk to Jemeluk bay for even more snorkling. (Can walk on beach or road). Staff were lovely, hired all snorkle gear here. Breakfast was good.

What could be improved on. The family rooms are split level. With single beds up some really really steep stairs. A potable cot would be nice to have avaliable..

Absolutely everything was great! The staff are so extremely friendly and helpful, always there right away if you need anything. Aircon was a massive plus and the room right by the pool was even better! They have a laundry service and motorbike rental at reception too, they can organise anything you need. Such a perfect location too with beautiful coral reefs out the front! We just left and already can’t wait to come back!

Nothing, we loved everything!!

A very welcoming place with exceptionally friendly staff who created a warm, family-like atmosphere. The bungalow had everything I needed, the pool was clean, and the property is located right by the beach. Highly recommended!

WE were in the old bungalow next to the pool - enjoyed sitting on the veranda looking over the pool to ocean. It was quiet and we had good sleep. Good location Not far from Coffee shop Rimba.

Could have been cleaner - Mosquito net was bit grubby.

Great place to relax. There is low tide on the sea, but not as gigantic as in Sanur or Nusa Dua. The water in the ocean is clear, so you can snorkel right in front of the hotel. The rooms are large and clean. There is a swimming pool overlooking the ocean. There are many places to eat nearby. Nearby there is a wine shop with adequate wine prices. We took a tour to climb Mount Agung. We all liked it very much. And we will definitely come back here again

We liked everything

The 2 rooms just behind the swimming pool with the sea view is very nice. The location is really good, just on the beach were you can snorkel.... we even seen turtles. Not too far from the center with all the bars and restaurant.

It is not very clean, but actually for the price, and with the perfect view, we totally forget about it. However i think the 2 doubles room with the sea view are much more worth it than the familly rooms in the back garden.

l could open my door, look over the pool to the ocean and watch fishing boats sail by and walk past the pool straight onto the beach into the ocean, plunge in and be surrounded by coral and brightly- coloured tropical fish

Fantastic location on the beach with a beautiful pool. Great snorkelling everywhere and amazing views of Agung. Surrounded by nice Warungs and Bobby can organize snorkelling, scooters & tours. We rented the newly renovated penthouse castle for a month which was awesome. Bobby, Jarum and Arya are lovely people and really looked after us.

Barracuda bar next door has live bands couple of nights a week. Great if you like that sort of thing but if I hear one more bad Beatles cover....

The location is fantastic. Snorkelling right off the beach and we saw turtles every time we went in.

Our family villa had lots of ants coming out of the tap. We are ok with ants but these ones were biting. The upstairs bit could do with a new floor.

Aircon, nice breakfast, clean pool, close to centre of town, absolute beach front, furnished well, staff were lovely. Very friendly & helpful.

Kitchen needs upgrading, very, very basic. It needs new crockery, cutlery, glassware & cookware. No drinking water supplied.
