The location is unbeatable, and the staff truly make the experience exceptional, especially Ari in the restaurant, whose warmth and friendliness stood out. The rooms are incredibly spacious, with balconies that are easily the largest I've come across in Bali. Reception was impressively efficient, responding to messages almost instantly and making everything feel seamless from check-in to check-out.

While the rooms weren’t dirty, they could definitely benefit from a thorough spring clean to freshen things up. During our entire stay, the fish wasn’t available on the menu, which made dining options feel a bit limited. Also, the bath towels were quite small and could use an upgrade. That said, none of these were deal-breakers, we still had a great time and would absolutely return.

Great hotel back for the second time. Friendly staff, big room, room service and good restaurant nothing was to much trouble. We ate there many times with one 3.5 year old daughter. They made us plain pasta and chicken fingers and rice many times. Pool is huge just in the sun and there is no shade over the pool so it's hard to stay in there for long. There is a smaller children's pool which was amazing. Regardless of the sun we still swam a few times a day it was just hot and sunny. Maybe a removable shade on even a portion would make a difference. The pool is also very warm but who cares. Our daughter loved it. Staff were super friendly and played with her many times. Breakfast buffet was good. Indonesian noodles, fried eggs, bacon, pancakes, fruit, cereal and toast which is more than enough. Tea/coffee and water and juice also available. Mini mart across the road for any snacks you need a restaurants along beach if you want more local for a good price. Room has fridge and tea and coffee facilities.

A guest let two dogs from the beach in and would feed them breakfast which meant the dogs hung around the restaurant which wasn't enjoyable for us or our daughter. Not the hotels fault there are gates from the beach but it was a bit frustrating. 4 days we had to shoo the dogs away so our daughter wouldn't get upset.

The staff at this hotel are very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are spotless and the pool is lovely. Its beach front and ok for swimming. The restaurant at the hotel is nice and there are others nearby. Several bars in walking distance. The snorkelling beaches are about 5 minutes scooter ride away. The place is fantastic and the sunrise and sunsets with Mt Agung from the beachfront infront of the hotel are amazing 👏. Its my 2nd stay here and there will be a 3rd.

Staff very helpful and respectful. Nice swimming pool in front of the beach. Good breakfast (buffet) Facilities were correct. Room quite spacious. Nice and big parking for cars. Possible to rent a bike at the hotel.

Mosquitoes / bugs in the bathroom. Mattress really hard. AC a bit noisy at night.

Room was huge. A walk through cupboard/place to put suitcases and then large bathroom. Very clean. Staff in restaurant were super friendly, played hide and seek with our 2.5 year old and remembered her name daily. Large pool including kids pool which was a good depth. Extra chairs and umbrellas now available around pool which is good as it gets super hot around the pool. Breakfast wasnt included in our room rate but it was only 80,000idr per person. It was a buffet and just enough variety, noodlea, rice, eggs, bacon or sausages, toast, cereal and fruit Complimentary water daily. Rooms cleaned daily. Good location across from Indromart supermarket for basic drinks/toiletries/snacks. Warungs along beach 2 min walk for other food options for lunch/dinner and to watch the sunset and see Mount Agung. Room service or pool service. We ordered regularly from the restaurant and they delivered to our room which was good. Tv has youtube or some movies to watch.

Nothing major as we loved it but the pool decking gets incredibly hot. The pool has no shade so it can get super hot in the day but nothing a hat and sunnies cant fix.

We booked the sea view room, it was way bigger than we imagined. 4 of us (2 adults, a 5 yo and 1 yo) fit on one bed comfortably. Plenty of storage, great TV. We came during rainy period and the weather was terrible, but being in this hotel definitely made us feel relaxed. The breakfast was lovely too. Plenty of car parking space (which is very important for us). Convenience store right at the front of the hotel. Lots of amenities around such as spas, restaurants etc.

The location is great but you can’t really snorkel right in front of the property. You’ll basically need to go further south to be able to see the beautiful coral. Another thing is, the hotel is so big I feel like it’s missing the ‘Amed’ charm. The latter is just my personal opinion, nothing to do with the hotel.

We loved our time at the Seamount 🥰 The staff were great, the ocean view rooms were clean, comfortable and had an amazing view. The hotel organised a snorkeling trip for us which was a good price and we saw lots of wonderful tropical fish. Warung Segara a few doors down the beach had the best fresh grilled fish. We ate there 3 nights out of 4 👍👍

The air con broke down but we were able to be moved to a different room straight away. The pool was very warm but the ocean was only a few steps away when the pool got too hot.

The hotel is in the middle of Amed. Away from the main road, plenty parking and space. Very near to the beach. Alternative restaurants/warungs very close on walking distance. Clean rooms, plenty storage and spacious bathroom.

The (old) sheets smelled a bit damp. Jamur-ish. Sad. Only two smaller pillows on the bed. Towels are a tad old and now off white. Breakfast not spectacular, just so so. It sounds bad, but it actually isn’t. The staff make up for a lot and for holiday it’s really nice!

The hotel impressed us at a glance, a very beautiful well-maintained territory, with blooming trees. Everything is clean and accurate. The swimming pool was perfect, we liked that the water was warm. The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable with nice view of the sea or the garden. Although there are lots of boats along Amed beach, there are none in front of Seamount, so nothing prevents you from enjoying the sea. The food at the restaurant was delicious, all the staff are friendly and smiling. Seamount Hotel, thank you for our happy holidays!

This property is fantastic. The staff are friendly and the rooms and surroundings are spotless. On the beach with awesome views of Mount Agung and pool is amazing. The friendly reception staff organised me a scooter and it was there in 20 minutes. It's 5 minutes ride away from the snorkelling beaches,
