The pools area and garden were lovely! Rooms are very traditional! There is table tennis and pool tables to play which is nice!

The breakfast wasn't good at all... there's no noise cancelling between the rooms and there is never someone at reception in the 2 nights we stayed.

Loved the rooms, pool area, beach, snorkelling, breakfast, helpful advice, friendly staff, airport pickup & dropoff, location near good restaurants, motorbike hire, walks, lovely valleys. Booking.com should include more photos of the good clean beach and the local picturesque (jakung) boats.

Restaurant is close to road, so the noisy scooters are a bit annoying.

Love this place. Stayed here 3 times already. Great location, right on the beach, close to restaurants and shops etc. Pet friendly. Large lawn for my dog to run around! The staff is very helpful and friendly, Nice choice of breakfast and great service. Comfy bed, good air-con. Only downside is, and it's not the hotels fault, is, lots of mosquitoes. So, bring lots of repellent! Apart from that, a great place that we'd definitely recommend and stay at again, for sure.

We stayed here for 14 days in total and loved the location away from the more tourist filled areas up the hill. The staff were all lovely and made for a fun stay. Unlike others, we had no mosquito problems in our room.

The food in the Cafe was mostly pretty ordinary, and the menu could do with a freshen up. Breakfast became particularly boring after a couple of days. Unfortunately Amed is becoming increasingly busy and we struggled some nights to get to sleep due to the noisy bar across the road.

Our villa was looking onto the beach, prime location! Food was great and the property is excellent value for money. Pool and pool area are very clean and it was very quiet during our stay. Plenty of comfortable sunbeds available. Staff are very helpful and friendly, arranging mopeds for us with ease. Great snorkelling from the beach in front of the property and excellent snorkelling just a 10min walk away. Perfect for families. We absolutely loved our stay here and were sad to leave!

The villa was a little basic but suited us perfectly.

All the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The grounds and pool were well maintained and the rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and was a decent size with menu prices for lunch and dinner no more expensive than other places in Amed. The on-sight massage was very relaxing. There is no reef yet in the sea directly outside the hotel although there is an artificial one in the early stages of growth a few meters out that already has a bit of life. Only 1km further down the beach however, outside cafe Bobo, is a very established reef. Will definitely stay here again if I get the chance!

Staff were really friendly and helpful. We could book a snorkelling tour from the hotel at a very reasonable price. The snorkelling spots near the hotel were very good. Pools were clean and well maintained even though it was off season. We were right next to the beach which made for a peaceful atmosphere.

The food at the restaurant was nothing special. It was a shame as the rest of the place was great.

Location on the Beachfront, lovely staff. Very friendly and helpful. Room was thoroughly cleaned every day. Great breakfast lots of choices. Easy walking distance to lots of restaurants. Nice room with patio and sea view through the palms. Would definitely stay here again.

Swimming Pool water a bit green cold drinking water in the room would be nice. But cheap to buy from nearby shops and the sea was beautiful and clear to swim in..

The hotel is old Bali style on big grounds, and all of the staff were absolutely wonderful.

There was no kettle or tv in the room and this is likely to do with the state of the electricity grid in Amed. But tropical holidays aren’t made for watching tv and the staff were more than happy to bring hot water!

This hotel is really really nice with really good breakfast. It is beachfront and surrounded by many warungs, restaurants and bars. There is a bar on the other side of the road where they have live music with pretty good musicians, billard etc. so totally recommended. And also two swimming pools were great❤️

I had to wake up very early for my diving course so I did not manage to enjoy a breakfast but my girlfriend really enjoyed it.😀
