Villas are beautiful, providing privacy and peaceful Bali jungle vibe

Villas are not looked after well, customer service is poor, you will have to help yourself a lot..

There are always room for improvement! First villa offered to us was not good in our opinion, because of the room and pool facing the tall guesthouse that being built and the worker there definitely can see people taking bath and swimming. That makes it lack of privacy. So we ask the staff to change the villa and they are very helpful.

Not the property's fault, but there were like hundreds of millipedes crawling around, but that's most of Bali during rainy season. Still, it becomes annoying to have all these creepy crawlies en masse in your outdoor living room.

It’s soo pretty. You feel so rich in your own little villa with private pool! The staff is so nice. My water dispenser was empty in the night and immediately someone came to replace. The location is perfect. It’s super quiet. You can walk directly into the sea. And there are a few nice restaurants in walking distance. Amed is lovely, still authentic and super chilled.

Loved the privacy of the villa, the outdoor living area & private pool. The construction work mentioned in the details was barely noticeable - don’t let this put you off booking. The staff were very responsive & brought us more water & toilet paper within minutes of requesting it. We also got our deposit back.

The door to the bedroom should be looked at. It was jammed & difficult to open from either side.

Nice and comfortable villa in a quiet street. Walking distance from the beach. The villa has a great outdoor dining room/kitchen with a fan. Spent all evenings there.

No ladder in the swimming pool. Would be dangerous to get in/out of the water for children or elderly. You need to contact the staff via WhatsApp otherwise you won’t get in. There’s no reception desk.

We had a lot of space, pool was big and clean, living room area was nice to work there also. Bedroom also was very spacious and clean. Stuff was very helpfull. Prices for scooter and laundry were very good.

Everything! No complains, very comfortable bed and outdoor area. Perfect for a little retreat time. Also they provide laundry service at a good price.

Loved our room and pool. Spacious and modern.

Just a tad out of town with no local taxi but could have walked along beach if really wanted to. Nice and quiet tho. Didnt want to drive a motor bike but that would help. We had family in area to pick us up so it was fine.

The room was very nice (maybe not very old) pool and surrounding outdoor area was comfortable

The gardens around the pool desperately need attention and the neighbours outside lights lit our room up very well, curtains above the bed would be nice.
