The ambiance is amazing. From the moment we arrived we felt relaxed and welcomed. The entire structure of the hotel is unique and beautiful.

The first bedroom we were put in was very humid, you could smell it in the air. My boyfriend has allergies and he woke up feeling ill and very congested so we asked to change rooms. They were super prompt to help us even though the hotel was pretty much fully booked, so that was nice.

Amazing service by all staff! Room was clean and bed was super comfortable and huge! The TV had Netflix, Spotify you name it. The bathroom is huge and feels like you’re showering outdoors. Hot water is good! They’re an eco-friendly hotel, so they use toothpaste tabs instead which is great. Staff is super friendly and helpful when I needed assistance. Location wise is great, Gojek riders can easily find the location. There is a nearby convenience stores and several cafes for breakfast or dinner! There is also a coin laundromat down the street, about 5 mins walk! For the room that I booked, it’s the same level as reception and sometimes you can hear people walking by, which is alright for me. Overall, a great and comfortable hotel!

The only thing was the bathroom, there is a gap at the top for both walls, and you can hear the other room occupants showering and talking if you don’t close the toilet door. So if you’re showering at the same time as the other occupants, you can clearly see hear it unfortunately.

We have been staying here since Covid times. The hotel is well located and the staff are friendly. The pool is good downstairs but I would say that the owners need to spend a little bit of money on upkeep as the rooms are starting to look tired

The rooms are starting to look a bit tired with all the hard water coming out of the pipes in Bali. Stains etc. Need to be deep cleaned and some equipment needs to be replaced such as showerhead which are a bit green. The bathroom also doesn’t have a great smell to it.

We absolutely loved this boutique hotel. Small and quaint, with everything we needed. The room was spotless upon arrival and serviced promptly everyday. Breakfast was delicious and made to order. The overall setting was lovely - beautiful gardens and pool. Friendly staff who were more than happy to help when needed. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately for the hotel, there were construction works behind the property. The sound didn’t bother us and the hotel were fully transparent about the works prior to our arrival, giving us ample opportunity to cancel if needed. We are so glad we didn’t! A lovely stay!

Love the decor in the room and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff would call and remind me about the breakfast that came with my booking. Not many properties or hotels would do this. Thus five stars for the staff!

It’s not the fault of the property, as the area is fast developing. There is another property being constructed right across from this property. The view from the balcony is not the best. I was given a room on the ground level, below the lounge. In the morning I was woken up by the dragging of furniture in the lounge area above. It was rather disturbing. Hope something can be done about this.

The breakfast style was great - you get what you order only so no wastage through random buffets and you get piping hot breakfast! There is a laundry just across the hotel that gives you washed, dried and ironed clothes in a span of 24-48 hours which was a god-sent!= Otherwise the bathroom, the room, the bed - 10/10. I had a stay at Kuta after this at a more premium chain of hotels and they weren't half as good. Keep your expectations right - it's a value-for-money boutique stay hotel. Do not expect fancy luxury things and you will be happy. The service is very good - people are very warm and helpful.

The only issue is that since the outdoor bathrooms are connected by a single room, you can hear someone flush from the next room, which is slightly funny. The location is off for people who want to be in a centre of all the buzz - the beach and all the good places are a good 5-7 km away. But there are a few fun cafes around this hotel too which we liked. But check the location - depending on what you want to do and what vehicle you have (if you have bikes, you should be fine. we did not have one so felt stuck at times)

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Location was central and not far from the main areas. Rooms were presented well with fun, outdoor showers. They even decorated our bed with rose petals for our Anniversary. Really enjoyed our time there! The pool is also stunning with the balcony overlooking rice fields.

I enjoyed my stay at AmantraNa Canggu. The staff was super helpful, gentle and sweet. The room was clean, cozy and comfortable. The team communicated with me to know my arrival time and when it was time for breakfast (if I didn’t put my order in, in time lol). I appreciated that. I am happy I stayed at your hotel.

One morning, all I NEEDED was some coffee because I would miss breakfast due to my all day trip but no was there to help. I understand the operating hours so I am not mad, I just would have loved some coffee.

The place was really nice and cozy. The staff is really nice and friendly. They simply are the best! The rooms were clean and A/C was working good. The breakfast was also really enjoyable. Everything is nearby and fast to reach with a scooter. Thank you for your efforts!

The only downside is that there is construction going on next to the hotel. But this is something they can’t control. Canggu is a busy area overall. This was not a dealbreaker for us.

I would like to give a special commendation to Meida and all of staff from AmantraNa Canggu. Her service was exceptional, and she truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. Komang was attentive throughout our stay and demonstrated remarkable flexibility with all our requests. Her commitment to her work was evident and greatly appreciated. I rate her a 10/10 for everything. It was a pleasure to experience such dedicated and outstanding service.
