Room was a good size for two people. Clothes hanging plus shelving and drawers. Full length mirror. Spaces for luggage. Bed was comfortable, good bed sheets Balcony with chairs, table and view out to sea. Bathroom a little small but adequate. Good shower - hot water. Toiletries provided. Good towels. Pool is deep. Sunbeds and towels provided. Everything and everywhere was very clean with constant cleaning by staff. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is good for the beach and access to other streets. This area is quieter, less bars but lots of lovely (healthy) cafes, yoga, some clothes shopping. Breakfast was available in their restaurant, foyer or rooms. Book the evening before. We prefer brunch so didn't have breakfast at the hotel.

Could do with some character added. Bit bland in style. The safe wasn't attached so we didn't use it. Shower water 'escaped' over onto the floor. Room cleaning starts early, but we used the 'Do not disturb sign' when we wanted a slower start. Always want more plug sockets - there's never enough. Sunbeds area is a tight squeeze. There's a pool on the roof. Needs further development. Not a pleasant place but could be great. None of this affected our stay.

We stayed here for almost 4 weeks, and the staff truly made us feel at home. Very warm, welcoming and helpful with anything we needed.

The rooftop pool was a waste

The location was EXCELLENT. Couldn’t have asked for better in Canggu. Just off of a Main Street which led straight to the ocean after a 10 min easy walk. Surrounded by plenty of great cafes. Staff were friendly and helpful, and other than age stains in the sink, the room was very clean.

The room walls were covered in marks, and the shower tap wasn’t attached and came off in my hand every day, it was a fight to get the water to turn on in the shower. The room deadlock on the door didn’t work. The balcony backed onto a parking lot that was filled with drivers on their breaks every day so privacy was a challenge, and there was a smell of rubbish. The pool area is also directly in front of the reception area, but it was a nice little area.

It's very good - the staff were really nice, the room was big, spacious, the views were great. It was a great location. Honestly really great - price isn't bad for what you're getting in the area. i really recommend it.

The best part about this property was the friendly and professional staff. They were incredibly helpful and answered all the questions I had. When I needed to extend my stay, they were more than happy to accommodate me. I truly cannot say enough good things about them. The location was fantastic—beaches are just a 5-10 minute walk from the property, and anything else you might need (restaurants, coffee, laundry, convenience stores, etc.) is within walking distance. The main pool area is very nice, and there's an additional pool on the rooftop. I work remotely and had no issues with online meetings during my month-long stay, except for one brief internet outage. They also offer a variety of affordable breakfast options that can be delivered right to your room. Every day, your room is cleaned, and bottled water is provided. For the price, this was an excellent property, and I would definitely stay here again.

If I’m being really picky, the only complaint I have is the shower. The water pressure wasn’t great, and the water never got very hot.

Super friendly staff throughout. Nice big room, good shower, comfy bed. Room cleaned each day, 2 free bottles of water each day which was nice. Nice breakfast options. Each booking allows for minimum 2 breakfasts so if you're a solo traveller and hungry you can have 2 options from the menu. Great location for the beach and central to loads of cafes, restaurants and shops. Tons of scooter taxis around so easy to get around other areas in Canggu too for cheap. Get the 'grab' taxi app on Ur phone if U don't wanna haggle on prices. Any questions the reception will help. Really chilled place, Highly recommend

Clean and tidy room with decent blackout curtains, amazing location - walking distance to various exercise studios. Plenty of food options during the day (loads of health food stores). It was on a quieter lane (just 1 lane away from the main streets of Canggu, approx 2-5 mins by GrabBike) so this accommodation was quiet enough for a restful sleep as there is minimal nightlife here. There's also a 24hrs clinic right across the street which came in helpful when I had an accident and sustained a deep cut. Housekeeping and Reception staff were friendly and mostly prompt in fulfiling requests, they had a decent command of the English language so it was easy to communicate. Definitely a location we would consider coming back to despite the minor flaws - it is truly bang for your buck.

- Wardrobe doors were rickety so we ended up not using it. - We would have preferred more power sockets in the room (there were only three - 1 for mini fridge, 1 each for bedside lamp) as a thoughtful room design for charging devices. - Walls were a little thin as we could hear the next room and their midnight activities for some nights.

I had an amazing stay at my villa and resort. The staff is really friendly and the location is amazing. They have a really good breakfast menu and are always willing to help you ! I was a bit sick the first 2 days of my stay here but the staff provided me met a lot of water and they delivered my breakfast to the room every morning on time. I really loved my stay there. If I ever come back to Canngu I know where I’m gonna stay! I would also really recommend to get a massage if your staying there. The therapist is really good at her job!

I just liked everything

The location was great and nice big spacious villas. The staff are contactable through watsapp and you can message and place your breakfast order and request more towels etc. only a 5 minutes walk to the beach and plenty of great cafes and restaurants in either direction. The GoJek bikes come down the driveway and pick you up from your door. Costs you $1.20 to be driven to most locations around Canggu.

The open aired bathroom. It looks great in the pictures but the reality of it isn’t so good. There’s gaps in the doors where they can get through into the room and even with the mozzi net down around the bed, we still got bitten during the night. Also not enough mirrors! The one we did have in our villa I had to take off the wall so I could actually see myself when sitting down at the little table. And in the 3 bedroom villa where my family stayed, they didn’t even have one in the bathroom.
