Room was a good size for two people. Clothes hanging plus shelving and drawers. Full length mirror. Spaces for luggage. Bed was comfortable, good bed sheets Balcony with chairs, table and view out to sea. Bathroom a little small but adequate. Good shower - hot water. Toiletries provided. Good towels. Pool is deep. Sunbeds and towels provided. Everything and everywhere was very clean with constant cleaning by staff. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is good for the beach and access to other streets. This area is quieter, less bars but lots of lovely (healthy) cafes, yoga, some clothes shopping. Breakfast was available in their restaurant, foyer or rooms. Book the evening before. We prefer brunch so didn't have breakfast at the hotel.

Could do with some character added. Bit bland in style. The safe wasn't attached so we didn't use it. Shower water 'escaped' over onto the floor. Room cleaning starts early, but we used the 'Do not disturb sign' when we wanted a slower start. Always want more plug sockets - there's never enough. Sunbeds area is a tight squeeze. There's a pool on the roof. Needs further development. Not a pleasant place but could be great. None of this affected our stay.

We stayed here for almost 4 weeks, and the staff truly made us feel at home. Very warm, welcoming and helpful with anything we needed.

I'd particularly like to highlight one situation: one day, my account was blocked, preventing me from ordering taxis, scooters, or even food delivery. This could have become a serious problem, as I was actively exploring the entire island. But the villa staff didn't hesitate to come to my aid! All day, they ordered transportation for me, no matter where I needed to go, and in the evening, they arranged for dinner delivery. This was incredibly valuable and saved me from immense travel inconveniences. Beyond this challenging situation, the staff always went above and beyond with the small details that make a vacation truly perfect. For example, when it wasn't possible to have breakfast at the restaurant, they seamlessly delivered breakfast directly to our room at the requested time – which was incredibly convenient and thoughtful. The rooms themselves deserve a special mention: they are always clean and fresh, and housekeeping is done quickly and efficiently. It's also a nice touch that there's always clean drinking water and fresh coffee available in the room. We are immensely grateful to the entire villa team for such a warm welcome, their attentive care, and invaluable assistance in all sorts of situations. For a tourist in an unfamiliar country, this kind of support is truly priceless. We felt completely at home, knowing that we were genuinely cared for. The rooftop pool was a waste

The location was EXCELLENT. Couldn’t have asked for better in Canggu. Just off of a Main Street which led straight to the ocean after a 10 min easy walk. Surrounded by plenty of great cafes. Staff were friendly and helpful, and other than age stains in the sink, the room was very clean.

The room walls were covered in marks, and the shower tap wasn’t attached and came off in my hand every day, it was a fight to get the water to turn on in the shower. The room deadlock on the door didn’t work. The balcony backed onto a parking lot that was filled with drivers on their breaks every day so privacy was a challenge, and there was a smell of rubbish. The pool area is also directly in front of the reception area, but it was a nice little area.

AMAZING location. Super close to nice cafes, bars and restaurants. No noise from the outside area, tucked away off a good road in Canggu. I didn’t need to get a bike once, other than to go further out occasionally. Nice and clean also, lovely staff.

It’s not well noise insulated, there’s gaps in between all the doors including the balcony. I was unfortunate that I had noisy neighbours, including waking me up at 2am on their balcony, even though you sign a form agreeing to be quiet post 10pm. I informed staff and they were helpful with me moving rooms, but it is annoying that I am the one who had to move when they were breaking house rules!

The best part about this property was the friendly and professional staff. They were incredibly helpful and answered all the questions I had. When I needed to extend my stay, they were more than happy to accommodate me. I truly cannot say enough good things about them. The location was fantastic—beaches are just a 5-10 minute walk from the property, and anything else you might need (restaurants, coffee, laundry, convenience stores, etc.) is within walking distance. The main pool area is very nice, and there's an additional pool on the rooftop. I work remotely and had no issues with online meetings during my month-long stay, except for one brief internet outage. They also offer a variety of affordable breakfast options that can be delivered right to your room. Every day, your room is cleaned, and bottled water is provided. For the price, this was an excellent property, and I would definitely stay here again.

If I’m being really picky, the only complaint I have is the shower. The water pressure wasn’t great, and the water never got very hot.

It's very good - the staff were really nice, the room was big, spacious, the views were great. It was a great location. Honestly really great - price isn't bad for what you're getting in the area. i really recommend it.

Super friendly staff throughout. Nice big room, good shower, comfy bed. Room cleaned each day, 2 free bottles of water each day which was nice. Nice breakfast options. Each booking allows for minimum 2 breakfasts so if you're a solo traveller and hungry you can have 2 options from the menu. Great location for the beach and central to loads of cafes, restaurants and shops. Tons of scooter taxis around so easy to get around other areas in Canggu too for cheap. Get the 'grab' taxi app on Ur phone if U don't wanna haggle on prices. Any questions the reception will help. Really chilled place, Highly recommend

Clean and tidy room with decent blackout curtains, amazing location - walking distance to various exercise studios. Plenty of food options during the day (loads of health food stores). It was on a quieter lane (just 1 lane away from the main streets of Canggu, approx 2-5 mins by GrabBike) so this accommodation was quiet enough for a restful sleep as there is minimal nightlife here. There's also a 24hrs clinic right across the street which came in helpful when I had an accident and sustained a deep cut. Housekeeping and Reception staff were friendly and mostly prompt in fulfiling requests, they had a decent command of the English language so it was easy to communicate. Definitely a location we would consider coming back to despite the minor flaws - it is truly bang for your buck.

- Wardrobe doors were rickety so we ended up not using it. - We would have preferred more power sockets in the room (there were only three - 1 for mini fridge, 1 each for bedside lamp) as a thoughtful room design for charging devices. - Walls were a little thin as we could hear the next room and their midnight activities for some nights.
