The property was fully equipped with kitchen, gym, spa, workout classes, swimming pool. Very close to the beach - 1 min walk (we could even walk barefoot). The property was maintained very well with the swimming pool being very clean. The staff was very helpful, welcoming and smiling

The property access to beach also had it's disadvantage - the music from nearby clubs was being heard in the rooms very clearly. The music went on for late hours so for light sleepers, this can be an issue.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The staff were wonderful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable trip. The restaurant was amazing and the breakfast was the best we have had anywhere. We booked a private pool and it was well worth it. We hope to come back one day!

The staff are very helpful and friendly, the hotel has a spa, gym and cafe. You can get food delivered to the pool or your room. The complimentary breakfast choices were outstanding especially the French toast.Perfect location. I did Pilates and reformer nearly every day, very responsibly priced and good instructors. The gym could do with more machines as it only has 1 treadmill, could also be nice to offer PT sessions at a additional charge

Noise coming from somewhere outside of the hotel in the early morning, I was ok with ear plugs but if you’re a light sleeper this could be a problem- sound proof windows are needed. A bad smell in the room coming from outside Beds around pool aren’t comfortable they need a cushion added to them.

Lovely place with good facilties (reasonable gym, lots of different pools, good resturant). Rooms are nice and staff are very helpful. Location is good very close to the beach and easy to get around to Canggu by taxi/scooter.

We were in a bamboo deluxe room originally and due to little sound proofing we could hear the music from nearby bars very clearly. Zin were excellent and moved us that night to one of the normal rooms which was completely fine with no noise issues and stayed there for the rest of the stay,

From the moment we checked in, it felt less like arriving at a hotel and more like walking into a warm hug... served with a welcome drink and a flawless smile. The staff? Absolute legends. Friendly, attentive, and somehow always around right when you need them — it’s like they’ve mastered the ancient art of mind reading. Whether it was remembering our coffee order, offering the best local tips, or just checking in with a genuine “How’s your day?” — they made us feel like royalty (but the chill, flip-flops kind). This place really has it all. 50m from the beach and surf. Super well located to shops and cafes without being in the thick of it. Gorgeous gardens. Fantastic restaurant. A well kitted gym and Pilates reformer studio. Rooms were perfectly clean and had lovely furnishings. It was really difficult to leave after 8 nights. I could really see myself booking a long-term stay here. Productive spacious Co-work space - forgot to mention that also. But really, what made it difficult to leave was how awesome the staff were. Smiling and friendly all the time. They basically inspired me to be a better, kinder person. I can’t thank them all enough. Special shoutouts go to Kusuma, Kelvin, Yasa and Yusef at the front desk, and Aldi, Sri, Doddy and Nik at the restaurant. But a big warm thanks to all staff, who are all ridiculously professional. Thanks guys, I can’t wait to be back.

We stayed in the villa and it was just beautiful huge space bed comfy pillows good air con good everything really can get food delivered down to the room also it's very private and peaceful staff were very nice also and a good location didn't fancy the beach as they're was too many dogs and stuff and they were nasty enough but the pool in the villa was beautiful

That you can only buy your cocktail at 8 to 9 as I think you should be able to get your complementary cocktail anytime of the day but it was a beautiful place

Clean and updated property with many amenities on site. Booked a cycling and Pilates class at their gym which was great. Restaurant was amazing with good portions and decent pricing. Staff were exceptional, so kind and so attentive. Room was amazing too. Beach is so close to the resort too. The spa was nice, we booked massages daily. We didn’t really leave Zin to explore Canggu much at all our first few days in Bali because the resort had everything to help us rest and recover from jet lag - amazing way to reset and kick off a trip here.

Room has a few windows that are slatted (not glass) which means that sound can be heard from other guests. It didn’t become a problem for us but I found it unusual to hear people walking by the toilet.

The amenities at this place are definitely unbeatable: coworking space, gym, spin studio + pilates reformer, restaurant, spa, pools AND hotel all at once. I enjoyed the variety of choice I had at the hotel. Its proximity to the beach is a big plus. Whatsapp communication was efficient. Complementary daily cocktail and delicious breakfast.

As other reviews say, the loud music at night is really a downer. Even with earplugs you can hear it.. I would also recommend putting a big water dispenser instead of daily bottle refills. Sometimes at breakfast you pay for extra things, like protein in the smoothie, which I think should be included in the price.
