The staff throughout the hotel whether it's food service or front desk or housekeeping, are ALL very nice and accommodating. Location is GREAT for beach access. The staff arranged for us to have a boxed breakfast on our two first mornings as we had tours that left before 7 a.m. When we went upstairs for the actual breakfast, it was GREAT! Also, both restaurants on site are very good, too. Downstairs near the lobby is more casual; on the 5th floor, a bit more for regular dinner dining. Beautiful views of the beach from the 5th floor pool and restaurant area.

Refrigerator is too lightweight and falls all over the place when you load it. NOT COLD. Also the PLACEMENT OF THE SAFE is ridiculous. I could reach to lock and open, but because it is so high (on the shelf above the wardrobe) it is IMPOSSIBLE to see inside. I used a long pen to do the final check to see if everything was out of it before we left. NO USB ports in the rooms, so be sure to bring your adaptors (they use GB and European adaptors here).

The room was a good size, and the hotel accommodated a third bed on request . Buffet breakfast was cheap, nice food. Mushroom sauce with chicken breast was the the best I had ever tasted! Staff all very friendly and accommodating. Room service on point and always staff around cleaning , ensuring your room is clean. Walking distance to everything in canguu.

Although the location was great, it was a little too close to the party scene and was loud some nights from the clubs and random fireworks nearly every night. Buffet breakfast was nice, although some of the food was cold most of the time and the variety was minimal when staying for nearly 2 weeks. Tacos at the resteraunt were the worst we had ever tasted. Shell was stale, cold, and nothing like a proper taco - disappointing.

I absolutely LOVED it ! The staff was so welcoming, the room comfy and close to everything. Tasty breakfast with a gorgeous view on the Ocean. I had an issue with the AC in my room, I was able to switch rooms instantly in the middle of the night. The staff is so helpful. It's on the noisier side for sure, with the amount of bars/restaurants in the area, so if you are looking for absolute tranquility, this place might not be for you. But I'm a light sleeper and I was honestly not that bothered by it, in fact I actually really appreciated to be in the middle of the action, and so close to the beach. 100 percent would return !

This property is in busy location, close to the beach and shops. Has a really cool reception and open seated area and the ground level bar is situated so you can watch the street below. The breakfast is buffet style with lots of options and the rooftop restaurant offered great meals throughout the day. I liked the rooftop pool as well! Staff were friendly and so helpful, they even helped to organise a surprise serenade for my birthday!

No fault of the property but given that it is on a busy street, it does get quite noisy on a weekend. On the Saturday night, the pub across the road was still going at 4am. Just something to keep in mind. The pillows were also a bit hard in the rooms.

The location is superb in that it is 100m from the beach and also many restaurants/bars. The staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful. The beds/pillows were so comfortable.

Unfortunately the hotels location amongst numerous bars makes it noisy (it is adjacent to Motel Mexicola) and you can hear the thumping of music late into the night. I requested to be on the "quiet" side of the hotel, but our room couldn't have been any closer to the noise. We considered requesting a move, but having settled in, we persevered with ear plugs. Also, the corridors into the rooms are very echoed and the room doors cannot be closed quietly. As a result, you'll hear the constant loud banging of doors closing in the early morning.

Highly rate their breakfast. Huge variety and tasty. They had delicious accompaniments near the dim sims. Fantastic to see satay sauce available. First hotel whereby staff came around and offered bite sized treats during breakfast too. Daily changes to additions ie bruschetta. Staff were always friendly and smiling. Great rooftop pool, perfect water temp, not cold. Great to watch the swell and surfers in Canggu. Always a lounger available during my stay. Great cocktails. Room was very modern and clean. Bathroom very clean. Cleaners were always thorough.There is a blind to wind down if you dont want to view the bathroom from the bed. Mini bar comes empty, just how l like it. 2 mini marts directly across hotel. Money changer 2 minute walk to the left. (Hotel also has a money changer) Old mans and hotel mexicola clubs and restaurants overlooking the beach 2 min to the right. (l didn't hear any music from my room) Free dinner voucher plus other vouchers on checkin a nice touch. Flight was at 9.30pm. Hotel kindly accomodated a late checkout til 5.30pm for $50 AUD/500,000IDR

The satay sauce wasn't available every day ;) The pillows are good quality, big and comfortable for most l'm sure but l like a thin soft one on top. I asked for one at reception and was delivered a shorter version of the big one. I asked the cleaner the next day for a thin one but he said they don't have.

We had the most wonderful experience staying at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and always smiling — special thanks to Wira and Riwan, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Our room was cleaned daily, including fresh towels and bed linens, which we really appreciated. The attention to detail was truly impressive. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic — a huge variety to choose from, including American, traditional Balinese, Asian, and many other options. On the days we went on early trips, the team even prepared breakfast boxes for us to take away — such a thoughtful touch! The bar and restaurant were beautiful and relaxing, the food was delicious, and we especially loved the happy hour dinner offer (1+1). Our room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable — we couldn’t have asked for more. And the cherry on top? The hotel is located just about 200 meters from the beach. We truly loved every minute of our stay and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended!

Privileged location close to all cafes, beach clubs ( Atlas and Finns) few steps from Batu Bolong Beach, Room Immaculate with all facilities, restaurant with amazing deals, swimming pool and Gym. Staff trated us like queen and king we felt very spoilt there

Free Massage Deal could be building up throughout the whole day not only in just 1MM transaction, even though we had breakfast, lunch and dinner there it wasnt available for us because needed to be in 1 transaction which for a couple is too much.

The location is so central, the rooftop pool bar and its views, the yummy breakfast, the clean and spacious rooms. Staff were very accommodating to a room change to a quieter side of the hotel away from the nightlife.

The staff weren’t very attentive around the pool, I found myself having to walk up to get their attention 100% of the time. The gym is very below average, I would happily pay a higher rate per night if they updated their gym with more equipment and equipment that was in date - no leg machines, very very very basic. The rooms on the side closest to the ocean gets the noise from the bars / club from Old Man’s, Motel Mexicola, etc.
