Having stayed at this property previously, I like the location. It is an easy walk to everything I needed. The pools are a good size and the rooms and gardens are clean & tidy. The staff are friendly, polite and helpful. Ana at Reception was very welcoming.

The dark timber thatched roof attracts mosquitoes, that I could clearly see in the room. I borrowed some mosquito spray from Reception, however mosquito spray in Bali is they type where you need to spray and leave the room for 15 minutes, so possibly quite toxic. Therefore I had to sleep with DEET mosquito spray on my body. The solution may be that the staff spray the room after cleaning and before new guest arrivals to help clear the room of mosquitoes.

Excellent location, close to beach, shops, restaurants,cafes beach club etc, lovely helpful staff who brought our luggage upstairs for us among other helpful things they did, two very nice clean pools, quiet, clean room which was cleaned every day, great downstairs shared area which included full kitchen and lounge room area. Unlimited bottled and filtered water was great. Room was large and spacious, bathroom clean with toiletries. Also we loved the balcony overlooking the pool. Great restaurant/cafe next door called Garden cafe, we had coffee there every morning and dinner a couple of nights there, they have themed nights like Balinese cultural dancing and Latin dancing.

Nothing. If I absolutely had to say something my suggestion would be that a lift would be great (although not super necessary for one flight)

I had an amazing stay at this luxury villa for such a great price! I was truly impressed with everything. I stayed in Room 1, just above reception, and the room was absolutely enormous, with high ceilings and a massive, stylish bathroom. The bathroom had both a bathtub and a shower, with a window at the top, plus two sinks and plenty of storage. The staff were incredibly sweet and kind, and they cleaned my room every day, also providing bottled water. I was really impressed with how clean and well-maintained the villas were! Another great feature was the two swimming pools, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this villa and would love to stay here again! It deserves 5 stars!

The villas are located on a busy street, which I really liked because it was so easy to get around. However, it can get quite loud in the evenings, so sleeping might be a bit difficult - especially since my room was right next to the busy street. Other villas might be quieter, though.

Loud music from the neighbouring hotel on arrival. Couldn’t sleep before they shut their music. Bad heat control in the shower. Goes from cold to burning hot

I loved the location being so close to the beach and restaurants being on the main road and my villa was right in front of the beautiful pool. Rooms were cleaned daily. Staff would deliver food to the room when ordered through Gojek. The staff were always so accommodating and asking if I had everything necessary. No problems when I extended my stay and was able to stay in the same room and have late check out for a late flight. Always spot to hang out by the pool with so many nice tourists to chat too!

I think from being an upper level room, my aircon tended to stop blowing cold air multiple times within the week at the hottest points of the day when you wanted to relax from the heat. Saying that, the staff were very punctual at getting a technician to look at it every time. Was surprised when arrived about the shared living and kitchen area as I don’t believe is indicated on the booking. Not all the rooms had fridges either which is hard again for bali but the staff were super accommodating and allocated one to me in my room as I struggle walking up and down the stairs.

We stayed here for just one night, as we came from the Nusa islands. We took a Grab from the Sanur port across Denpasar to here (approx. 1 hour). We found the staff really friendly and helpful. Communication was good. The accommodation is situated right in the centre of Canggu, with most restaurants and shops within walking distance. The beach is a 10 minute walk also. Pros: Safety deposit box, wi-Fi was good, pools are nice, but cold if it is not sunny. Cleanliness is great.

They could provide drinking water in a way that is more sustainable. E.g. Like many places now, they could get big gallon size water dispensers that can easily be refilled with the gallon-size refills, and give instant hot and cold water. This would be much better than single plastic bottles, which just add to unsustainable plastic waste, which is everywhere in Bali. Secondly, they could have a more secure place for people to store their luggage after check out for a few hours, as currently it is put behind a bar in front of reception. Reception can keep an eye on it, but it just seems quite insecure.

Great location on one of the Main Streets in canggu, short walk to the beach and good bars (old mans and motel mexicola are at the bottom). It is very busy and traffic noise from 6am until 3am approx so take ear buds incase you are in the front of the property. If further back there is no noise at all. Nice pool area too and very helpful staff. Milk and madu is just along the road and was nice for brunch

Location was excellent, short walk to beach and great restaurants and clubs nearby. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Unique set up (in a nice way), with shared lounge and kitchen between two rooms. Rooms were lockable and had own private bathrooms etc but had shared access to kitchen and larger lounge area.

I had an early online work meeting, and the wifi and power kept dropping out. Not sure if it was hotel issue or widespread local issue but made it impossible for me to attend online work meeting

Excellent location! Can't stress this enough! Hannah made our stay 10x better- and i mean it. We got in and she was kind enough to help us with a day trip planning and coordination as well. What a blessing- it felt like meeting a friend! All my requests in the messages we accommodated- and a 3 min walk from the beach and the busiest street in Canggu which is very chaotic so best to stay close. Didn't have to take a grab bike to anywhere during our stay - 10/10

Great hotel in a great location! Clean and tidy with friendly staff!

We didn’t get fresh towels each day which was a tad disappointing! There was also construction work happening behind the hotel which started around 7am each day so not ideal for a relaxing break but no fault of the hotel! As for evenings noise, there wasn’t any except from a few hours on Friday night with a neighbouring hotel having a disco but this was over by 10.30pm so didn’t affect us!
