Perfect breakfast, perfect location middle of Canggu, close to beach, restaurants etc very lovely staff, nice sunset view but tiny pool and always crowded

Rooms and pool are very small for a 5 star hotel. Most times you will not get a bed at the pool so you end up not using it at all. These 2 points are honestly a no-go if you book a 5 star and pay for 5 stars

Great hotel just next to the beach. Beach is more for surfing and walking however there are several beach clubs few mins walk/ride where you can go and enjoy pool/bit better beach but Canggu in general doesn’t have nice beaches. Lovely rooftop pool with nice view. Room was super clean and bed was the comfiest ever, you also get soft and firm pillow which was such a nice touch. Quite hotel no outside noise. We got lovely fruit platter for checking in in the room and on one more day. Lot of nice cafes and restaurants accesible by foot, but is also worth renting a scooter and enjoy differenr areas within 5-10min ride. You can also use Gojek (like Uber, which has motorbike and car option).

We felt breakfast could be improved by adding more options and rather a buffet then a la carte as it takes some time to prepare and bring to the table. Some portions were too big which we felt results in lot of food waist. Would prefer bamboo tootbrushes and some local shampoos rather then Dove.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn for two nights, and it was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The check-in process was smooth, setting the tone for a fantastic stay. The managers Dilla and Diki both personally ensured we were very comfortable and well attended to. The room and service was exceptional, every staff member was kind and warm they all went above and beyond the to accomodate our needs. Every architectural detail, from the bedding to the bathroom amenities, was thoughtfully curated for comfort and style. Everything was presented with immaculate attention to detail. The resort's facilities were top-notch. The rooftop pool area was a tropical paradise, The chef and in room dining at the resort was an experience in itself. Each meal was a culinary delight, many compliments for a beautiful stay. We will be looking forward to shortly booking in again next time for a week and we are certain we will be booking many a time in the future.

It is very rare that a property can exceed one's expectations! - Staff: So helpful and kind - from the cleaning staff to the receptionists; if ever there was an issue, they would immediately offer solutions and deliver. Bayu and Sadie immediately come to mind, with the former helping us find the perfect room and the latter creating such sweet and funny towel art in our room! - Food: Impeccable. Breakfast was high quality and highly varied - it would be the highlight of our morning. Food quality was equally as high in the rooftop bar and in the main restaurant for lunch and dinner. There was even a two for one offer in the main restaurant, making it quite value. - Interior design and rooms: Beautiful wood and paintings all across the hotel and rooms. You can get either a sea view, a 'jungle' view or a courtyard view in terms of rooms. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were always impeccably clean and fresh (as soon as we returned from breakfast Sadie had already tidied the room!) - Location: Well situated - 5-7 minute walk to the beach. The infinity pool on top also provided an excellent view of the surroundings and beach.

Truly a minor comment that did not impact our experience in the slightest: We completed a massage in the hotel and noticed that normal beds instead of proper massage beds were used. It would have made the massage even better if used.

Stunning brand new hotel. Rooms are spotless with modern luxuries like smart TVs, strong aircon and beautiful wooden finishes. The staff truly make this hotel special. I sprained my ankle on the first day of our stay (not at the hotel) and the staff (particularly Eka - he was so kind and hospitable) immediately assisted me by calling medics and assisting me with anything they could when I returned to the hotel. The location is literally two roads away from the beach and near quite a few busy bars - yet the rooms are totally soundproof. Highly recommend for a convenient yet comfortable stay in Canggu.

A brand new modern hotel with well considered design and comfort. The bed was really comfortable and choice of soft or hard pillows great. The roof top pool area was gorgeous. The al La Carte breakfast options are great and always beautifully presented. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The close proximity to the beach and a great selection of top restaurants and spas.

The air conditioning vents in the floor were noisy and kicked up water into the floor. The bathroom drains smelled horrible often. The restaurant is a little sterile and would benefit from some bigger plants and art work to break it up.

very clean very spacious. breakfast and dinner taste fantastic. breakfast is half buffet style, we love it. you can order more than 1 main course per guest. the salad bar was our favorite. my family member get sick in the middle of the night and the staff was very helpful changing the wet bedsheets and blanket for us. the shower is strong and hot. very nice stay.

Since it was a new facility, everything was clean and well-maintained. the staff is extremely friendly and helpful

The price-performance balance was definitely not good. I would expect a room for which I paid this much per night to at least be larger and have more than 1 chair on the balcony. My view room was poolside and not open enough, but I paid extra for the top floor. I asked for a room change, but I was told that the rooms were full, another staff member said that the hotel had 30% occupancy.

Completely new hotel, so everything is new and clean and looks really nice. The staff was extremely helpful and communicated with me very well even before my arrival. Room was spacious and comfortable. Very good bed. I loved the pool area - definitely my favorite spot (you can watch the sunset from there too). Breakfast was delicious. Great location in Canggu. (PS - I paid for my stay (I am no influencer) so this review really is genuine 😌)

Fabulous staff, clean and good location near to beach and bars, restaurants.

As others have mentioned pool area needs more beds and parasols. It’s a space that needs rethinking - lots of disappointed guests who couldn’t use the area as simply not enough shade in very high UV levels.
