The hotel is only a 3 minutes walk to the beach and located right in central canggu. Lots of cafe and restaurant nearby. The staff were also very nice and accomodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was very modern and clean. The pool area was excellent, as were the rooms, but what really made this hotel stand out was the staff. Every single person we encountered was helpful, polite and very cheerful. They could not do enough for you. In particular one of the waiters, Dewa was exceptional, as were two of the trainees Ema and Winata, who were both very friendly. Winata even had a colleague make ginger and honey tea for me to take to my wife who had an upset stomach one morning, when he noticed she did not come down for breakfast. It’s small touches like this that make all the difference. Top, top customer service. We would definitely both return and recommend this hotel again.

The only minor thing was the twice weekly music venue next door. The hotel did pre warn us of this, and it was certainly nowhere near as bad as some reviews have stated, but I can understand that it may disturb some people.

I absolutely love everything about this place! I’m a returning guest, and every time I’m in Canggu, I choose to stay at Eastin Ashta. The location is perfect — within easy walking distance to everything. The staff are always friendly and accommodating, the rooms are spotless, and the pool is spacious. It’s consistently a fantastic experience.

There’s honestly nothing I can fault about this place. If I had to mention one small area for improvement, it would be adding Netflix or other streaming apps to the TV, but that’s really just a minor detail. Everything else was fantastic.

The pool is large and beautiful! There are plenty of sun beds with umbrellas, there are also sun beds with more sun protection. There is a seperate kids pool area too. The room was very comfortable with smart tv to connect your phone and play music or movies. The wifi connection was really good. There is a club next door that has 2 busy nights but we stayed on a Friday and the sound didn't interrupt our sleep at all. The staff were great, particularly Ada and Yunda who drove us. It was my friends birthday while we were there and they decorated our room for her, it was an awesome surprise!

This place is amazing! The staff were super friendly and helpful the whole time and we really felt welcome. The service was great, and everyone was always smiling. Our room was spotless and had a beautiful view, which made our stay even better. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety of options to choose from. The pool was clean and perfect for relaxing. Overall, we had such a great experience here and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

My stay at Eastin Ashta was awesome! I loved every bit of this hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful! very accommodating and always checking in! The facility was in beautiful condition and well maintained. The food was some of the best I have experienced in Bali and the breakfast was fresh every day which I had every morning. My only thing had nothing to do with hotel itself, it was just the next-door business has a party or gig a couple times a week which is very loud but if you're a keen party goer than it is a vibe lol

The breakfast was amazing! My husband has a nut allergy and they were fantastic to cater for this in the morning. They are happy to make anything fresh to not contain nuts, and great selection of pancakes, waffles or eggs being made fresh each day. It was also a great location and spacious room. Pool was also big and spacious, plenty of beds and bean bags available.

During our stay there is a nightclub that plays very loud music from 9pm until 1am. I can sleep through anything, but my husband didn’t get to sleep until after the music stopped as it was so loud! The property did pre-warn about this and they provide ear plugs but it was very loud! Also I had contacted the property about early check-in as I was arriving slightly earlier. However this didn’t matter as the property did not provide us with our room until 45 minutes post check-in which was frustrating.

We stayed at Eastin Ashta for 10 days and would definitely stay here again. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the hotel offers a variety of fun events throughout the week, including happy hours, comedy nights, and outdoor movies. The pool is huge and clean, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Our room was spotless with a large, comfortable bed, and we appreciated the two complimentary bottles of water per person each day. The location is convenient, close to the beach and restaurants, and although there's a nightclub nearby, it didn’t disrupt our sleep.

The only improvement would be having two chairs on the balcony.

* The hotel was really helpful when we had to change our dates at the last minute, which they did for no extra charge * Our 2 year old loved the kids room and the toddler pool was great too. The hotel can organise nannies. * Comfortable and clean rooms * The food was delicious and reasonably priced * The hotel has an App which was amazing for ordering room service, extra towels etc and everything always came really quickly * Nice pool area and good bar service * Great breakfast * Great view from our room of the surf 300m away * We loved the location because of proximity to the beach (black sand) and restaurants. But the streets are busy with traffic and have open sewers so it wasn’t nice walking up and down, especially with a toddler.

* Even with all the good things, I’m not sure I would stay here again because of the club next door (Desa), which had 2 events the week we stayed and played VERY loud music until 1am. The hotel provided ear plugs but they weren’t enough unfortunately. *Toddler pool could have some shade as the sun is brutal most of the day *2.5 hours to get to the hotel from the airport in a taxi

The property is really great. Well kept gardens, clean, excellent location. The rooms are lovely. By far one of the nicest places especially for location, 5mins walk to the beach and surrounded by restaurants, bars and shopping. The staff are sweet, kind, funny and very friendly.

There is raging nightclub on a Tuesday night and Friday night right next door which goes until the early hours. Unless you’re joining in, and it looks amazing and if you like house and electronic music, you will hear it until about 2-3am.
