The location is really near the Eco Beach, Desa Kitsune, and so many famous restaurants. The property is a new brand villa and guest house, very clean, huge bed, and the breakfast was perfect. I’m vegetarian and I was so satisfy with all vegetarian menu. Absolutely I will come back again to Prime Canggu if I visit Bali. Love it!!!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay here! The location is perfect—right in the heart of Canggu, surrounded by plenty of amazing restaurants. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. And the staff? Every single team member was incredibly helpful and polite, making our stay even more enjoyable. I recently spent a night at The Prime Canggu Bali in a deluxe room and had an excellent experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from check-in to check-out. The room was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. The location, near Echo Beach, is perfect for accessing local attractions, dining options, and nightlife. Breakfast at the on-site restaurant, The Atas, was a highlight, with a diverse and delicious menu. The well-maintained pool area provided a relaxing spot to unwind. Overall, The Prime Canggu Bali offers outstanding service, prime location, and great amenities. Highly recommended!

there is no bolster pillow

This little hotel was absolutely perfect. Located by the beach walking distance to everything. Hotel is brand new, beds are super comfortable and pool is amazing. The cleaning was spotless and they came twice daily. The stuff is absolutely amazing, kind and friendly. Elza and Juni was loveliest and kindest people and went above and beyond to help us with everything and more. This was perfect choice for stay in Canggu.

Drinking water only available by bottles (small size bottles) which means reordering multiple times per day. Would be less waste and more comfortable to have a filtered water available or normal/large bottles by Self Service without recurring service interaction...

Wonderfully quiet, tucked away down the end of the lane. Lovely rooms and pool. The staff were so wonderful from the moment I checked in on my own for 3 days. Everyone from reception, waiting staff, chefs, groundskeepers were all so friendly,helpful and made me feel so welcome and comfortable. My husband joined me after 3 days, we were celebrating an anniversary and staff helped facilitate an upgrade to a beautiful pool villa and marked the occasion with flowers and a delightful towel sculpture, also the chefs made a lovely cake to mark the occasion it all felt very special and personal… thank you all so much, Rebecca and Steve

the property is situated with in walking distance of the beach... It is modern and a much more relaxed area to stay than in Kuta...Seminyak...or Legian. It is a small Boutique hotel and staff are all trying hard ... to please The Bathrooms are modern by Bali standards. ..why they put the shower handfpiece opposite the door I have no idea ?The tv is great...coulld get Netflix and Prime . Brillant !!....Not available in 5 star accommodation In Kuta. There is no lift and a long Alley to access property plus a multitude of steep stairs....not good if you are older and not mobile. Free Breakfast was a bonus with Independence Day.

We booked a twin room and a 1-bedroom villa. This review is for the twin room. + Great value due to Booking.com deal. + The location is very handy to Jalan Batu Bolong and Echo Beach. + The room was quite basic but clean, spacious and comfortable and it was great to have a bathtub. + The room was very quiet. We had requested a quiet room so they gave us one across from the restaurant (had read that the rooms under restaurant can be a little noisy). + The pool can only be used from 9am-7pm which means that there is no noise coming from the area too early or too late. + The outstanding aspect of The Prime is the staff who regularly check how things can be improved. My son woke up unwell one morning so Sisil in the restaurant arranged for a simple breakfast and ginger tea to be prepared and personally delivered it to his room. Also, when the toilet was blocked Dian on reception quickly arranged for it to be fixed.

To get to this resort, you travel a short way off a very busy street, down a quiet laneway. This is perfect! Still right within the heart of busy Canggu, but the resort is quiet and peaceful. Walking distance to the Beach, Old Mans and loads of shops, restaurants and bars. The resort is boutique and also has a rooftop bar and restaurant.

There are no lifts, so you need to take the stairs to enter the resort, or go to the rooftop bar/restaurant, where breakfast is also served. It didn't bother us but may be an issue for people who are not comfortable with climbing stairs.

Everything! My stay was absolutely fantastic! Staff was amazing! I was the first tenant in this brand new hotel!
