For a lovely day at a reasonable price free echo Beach provided us as a family the best holiday experience. We could possibly imagine where the facilities lacked in Sam avenues in comparison to resorts and more expensive accommodation. The people in the hospitality of all the staff were overly friendly and most welcoming they went to the upmost to make you feel comfortable in your stay and have a lovely time. I would totally and absolutely suggest that you think of echo Beach free next time that you are booking as the staff are absolutely amazing they will help you in anyway and the facilities are acceptable and accommodating

The hot hot water wasn’t that hot. That’s the only thing I can really say but I absolutely love hot bath too so maybe I am a little bit hard to please.

We had a wonderful stay at Frii Bali Echo Beach – a great budget-friendly hotel with the perfect location in Canggu. As a hotel front desk supervisor myself back in Norway, I truly appreciate good service – and I have to say, we’ve never met a hotel crew as genuinely kind and welcoming as the team here. A special shout-out to Dean – thank you for making our stay extra special! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and having direct access to the walk-in pool felt like pure luxury. Food and drinks at the hotel were also great. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Canggu, and we would love to come back again!

We were overall very happy with our stay, and these are just small points for improvement rather than real complaints. We didn’t have hot water in the shower during our stay, and there were quite a few insects in the room, especially in the bathroom. It wasn’t a big issue for us, but something to be aware of. Also, since our room was just a couple of meters from the pool, we noticed that the pool hours weren’t always respected by other guests. Some were swimming and making noise very late at night or very early in the morning, and the sound insulation isn’t the best – but it was still manageable for us. These were minor things, and they didn’t take away from the overall positive experience. We truly enjoyed our time at Frii and would still love to come back!

The amazing staff and hospitality of the building, literally felt like a second home abroad

Just the water pressure but that’s fixable and doesn’t downplay the amazing amount of effort the staff put in to make your stay to best and memorable

Great location on the Main Street with ease of walking distance to restaurants, shops or the beach, fabulous staff who checked us in and the greeter at the front of the property. Helped with luggage to the room - always a friendly chat. Would highly recommend

The property was very big. With pools, a rooftop bar and a restaurant and a small coffee shop near the entrance. Has a lift, an amazing view from the balcony. Room was enough for two people. Hot and cold water was available, got cable tv and had a great wifi connection. Mirror was a bit rusty, maybe can change it sometime soon. But it didn’t impact my stay.

Our stay at this hotel was amazing! The pool area is beautiful, clean, and perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable and well-maintained. Great location and excellent value for money – we would definitely come back!

I liked how central the hotel was, close to the shops, supermarkets, restaurants and the beach. Inside it is easy to find your way, the staff are really friendly and always happy to help. Lots of seating areas for when you are waiting. I’ve stayed there twice and been really happy with my stay :)

The hotel is located close to the beach, nice restaurants, and shops. My room was easy to navigate from and to Lobby, sea view from my room is great. Having delicious breakfast on the rooftop is great.

The bathroom has limited space to move around, it would be nice if they have the sliding door instead for the bathroom.

Pool access is great. Staff are very friendly. Location is great.

The beds very uncomfortable, 2 beds pushed together needs a single mattress over the top. Hurt my back to sleep. It’s quite noisy if the people next door or above are noisy. I could hear the bloke snoring in room next door to me. No room service menu in room. Ordered at front but they forgot once. No big deal but if I could have ordered from room wouldn’t have happened.
