Amazing time spent in Kayuma. Biggest impression was very responsive staff. We arrived very late after midnight, they arranged check in with security, he was very helpful. Also they were available on WhatsApp and would react to our needs within seconds!! Also had very lovely coffee around the corner. Rooms are very simple, slightly older but that was not a problem at all, staff was cleaning it every day!

The ladies at the massage saloon can be quite noisy and pushy despite saying no to them several times. Although, it's nothing to Kayuma house

Location was perfect, walkable distance to the beach and many nice restaurants. Staff from Kayuma house are very welcoming and friendly especially Mirah and Intan. Good value for the money ! I will definitely return next time I am in Canggu.

We had a great stay here! It was very relaxing and the staff was great! The room was cleaned every day and the location is great!

If you like live music, this might be for you. You will enjoy a live band playing every single night until late from the comfort of your own bed, as the noise blasts into the room from around 5pm. Also great if you don't like to shower, or enjoy air con, as neither will work properly. Finally, if you love sleeping on concrete, the bed will delight you. If that causes you back and neck issues however, the good thing is every time you leave the accommodation a group of women working from a 'massage parlour', will basically mob you (only men for some reason hmm), so perhaps they can help.

At first they replied, but once the reservation was made, they completely disappeared. I messaged them several times through Booking.com and got no answer at all. Even Booking tried to reach out to them on my behalf and got nothing. We had no idea if check-in was even possible. Couldn’t confirm anything, couldn’t cancel, and were left totally unsure about whether we’d even have a place to stay. This is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. We ended up finding somewhere else last minute. Don’t risk your trip with a place that ghosts you when it matters most.
