The location was very convenient — close to the city centre and within walking distance of One Batam Mall. All the staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful.

However, cleanliness was a serious issue. On arrival, the pillowcases and bed sheets had stains, which were not replaced the following day. The floor did not appear to have been vacuumed properly. Although we had booked a non-smoking room, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke coming through the ventilation system, which persisted throughout our stay. We did encounter a problem during our visit, but the manager handled it promptly and professionally. That said, the children’s programme was minimal and run by just one person, who seemed reluctant to arrange outdoor activities. On the whole, all the staff were very friendly and courteous, but the cleanliness and smoke issues need urgent attention.

Room maintenance for down lights is some blown & remote tv is out of batteries. It would be better if the housekeeping keeps on update and check the rooms before issuance the room to guest

quiet n comfy hotel.. not so much hassle. breakfast was quite normal but it was filling. only during our stay coffee cups finished n it took a while for them 2 bring new cups. quite a number of ppl were waiting for their morning coffee like me. only 2nd floor is allocated smoking rooms so dun take the side facing lobby cos the piano can be quite loud if yu wanna take a quick nap. for the price we paid it was quite a gd hotel far away from the city noises. dun take the licensed grab fr the ferry terminal upon arrival. charged us double! if yu walk across to mega mall n book grab less den half!

Friendly and diligent staff, superb customer service, no problems communicating in English. Fast food delivery times from different areas in Batam, just a walking distance from two malls where you can fix yourself a meal, from $ to $$

I'm writing this as a frequent user. Room 372 had poor internet signal, WiFi kept disconnecting on all gadgets, laptops, tablets and phones. This is our first time staying on that side of the building. I've never had a problem with their internet in the past. Room's security safe wasn't working.

Indonesia is a special place with the kindest people on earth. Harmoni One's staff are so fun, the bellman meeting you with a smile and opening the lobby doors with perfect timing, the wonderful front desk staff smiling and knowledgeable, the restaurant staff smiling attentive to every detail. The hotel is magnificent with giant rooftop pool with hot tub and kiddy pool, the gym ready for an excellent workout and then hop in the pool, the kind smiling pool staff providing soft fluffy towels. The hotel is centrally located and has good facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was good and had a lot of options. The swimming pool was well maintained

The rooms were too small and was closed from all sides. May not be suitable for families

Very clean and spacious room. Staff were helpful and responsive. Gym and pool facilities were amazing and don't even get me talking about the view. Free breakfast was also good. Honestly, given the quality of service and amenities, this hotel far exceeds expectations for its price point.

A shaving kit would have been a great addition to the toiletries.

Very clean and well maintained. From the main lobby to my room… the fragrance smells accompanied me all the way. The staffs are great and very friendly. Kudos to all the staffs.

Breakfast food served same that was sold at the road side. Totally doesn’t match with the building that looks so luxurious and grand.

I stayed for 4 nights and 5 days. It is close to the ferry and one natam mall, about 300 m. There are restaurants on the other side of the road, so it's convenient in the evening. I swear that the breakfast at the hotel is enough for the whole day. It will depend on meat and drink

CHECK IN WAS A DISAPPOINTMENT AS WE HAVE TO QUEUE.. AND ALSO HAVE PEOPLE CUT OUR QUEUE.. SHOULD ADD MORE STAFF AS ITS WEEKEND.. THERE WILL BE GUESTS CHECKING IN.. THE FOOD DOESN'T TASTE LIKE THE FIRST TIME WE CAME A FEW YEARS BACK.. SHOULD IMPROVE ON THE TASTE.. SOME FOOD TOO SALTY SOME NO TASTE AND SOME TOO SPICY AND TOO SWEET..
