The hotel was just beside Nagoya hill mall. Very close proximity. Clean room, clean bathroom, and most importantly I'm happy that the bathroom has a water hose :) complimentary mineral water provided and hot drink coffee facility :) there is also a welcome drink at level 1 provided :) staff at check in counter was friendly and the bell boys who help us to carry our luggages. Air-conditioning in the room was working well 😃

Breakfast spread was so-so. Not too bad, still ok. There was a mineral water and a bottle of orange drink in the mini fridge in the room. We are not sure if it's chargeable as it doesn't have the "complimentary" tag unlike the 2 bottles of mineral water provided with the "complimentary" tag. But no worries, we didn't consume or take it as fear it's chargeable. Is it chargeable? Not so much of a dislike to the hotel but all in all I enjoyed my stay :)

1) we were a bit late, reaching breakfast venue at about 9, not unexpected some of the food was depleted. But there don't seem to have topping up. Perhaps the kitchen can manage with expected number of guest and follow up with a small top up 2) Feedback -We ordered room service and 1 of the order was tenderloin steak. Interestingly we were served with a butter knife. But upon request, we were given a dinner steak cutting knife 3) Location - Shopping mall still have some good shops and plenty massage parlours around. Unlike the hotel, the mall looks dated and tire and so doesn't compliment well with the hotel

The hotel rooms were very clean. I would like to compliment on this 2 receptionists Ani and Uli, they were very helpful and went extra miles to help us purchase latex pillows that was delivered straight to our hotel doorstep. The breakfast was good!

location here is great as it is just next to nagoya hill shopping center. easy for food, shopping, massage and kids entertainment like arcades and indoor playground. had a connecting room as we have a party of 4. check in was fast, staff are friendly and hotel transport to ferry terminal and other shopping malls are easily available. definitely will come back for a fourth time.

Hotel was prepared to cater to more guest during the New Year holidays for breakfast. There were two dining areas and food were kept topped up and hot. EXECELLENT preparation.

We reached at 9+am and was told that the room was ready at 2pm. We registered and dropped out baggage. When we returned at 2+pm, the rooms were still not ready. We waited until 3pm and was given our rooms. Upon checking in, one of the room had a sewage smell while another room's cup was greasy. The toilet drainage was not too good, resulting in a flooded toilet. Quite disappointing as we always go back yearly prior to Covid.

Location is the plus point here. Having guest with mobility problem, staying here was the best option. Breakfast buffet was good. Many variety and definitely meet our taste buds.

Room very cozy, Location very accessible to Spa, Shopping Centre, Seafood and Recreation. Breakfast wise - Quite standard kind of buffet style.

The hotel was super clean , cleaner than singapore hotel. Staff were all friendly and helpful. I want to compliment the housekeeping staff who kept our room clean throughout and efficient in giving us what we want. Also want to compliment the kitchen and banquet staff who prepared the delicious and splendid breakfast. I will definitely visit this hotel again! This hotel really out beat singapore 5 star hotel! Good job Nagoya hill hotel team!

Location. Staff were nice always greeting with a smile. We got connecting rooms. Breakfast was good.

Tv was restarting every few minutes for abt half of the day.
