My dad and I stayed in two rooms for 1 night. We booked this hotel for its close location by grab/gojek to the ubung bus terminal. It's situated in a small side street were cars can't pass, so you have to walk a little bit but the road is good enough to pull the suitcase. Apart from a neighbour doing karaoke until late in the evening, it is in a quiet environment. It is not at all a touristy area. Only small local warungs and indomarets are nearby. I recommend ordering food with grab/gojek at Mekite Food & Drink, or you can walk there yourself to order your takeaway (it's located on google maps). The rooms themselves were nice and clean, the bathrooms had a sink, hot showers and western toilets. The inside swimming pool looked clean and refreshing. Unfortunately we did not have time to use it.

No toilet paper. The staff does not speak english, so you will need to use google translate. There was some kind of noisy pump working just beside our rooms. The stairs to get to the rooms are narrow and steep. It was not comfortable to carry our luggage there.

Location was great for me. I needed to complete some activities I Denpasar/ Kuta, which I did. I then booked to Amy Guesthouse and got a good couple hours of rest. I then awoke early and completed some very essential work with my Visa Agent. At Day break I rode off to Canggu, fully rested and refreshed.

I wished the pool was bigger. I did not swim, due I was very tired.

Just about everything. Maybe the air conditioner could blow stronger, but it cooled down after a while.

When guests make a new reservation after their prior one ends, don't make them change rooms. It is an unnecessary hassle. Even if they technically booked different room types by accident, try to be more accommodating. Hotel is on an alley inaccessible to cars. Not an issue for me but might be for someone who cannot carry their own bags.

Functional small pool to cool down, A/c working and quiet/ shady location. Good value for relatively small fee.

Loooong check in Procedere, Nobody on Location and staff needed to be phoned in order to show up. Toilet seats require replacement.

Room was really clean and great bathroom and TV and lovely lovely staff

Unfortunately it is a bit remote and you will need either a scooter or get the grab app

Well.. i get the room w/o breakfast, but its very easy to find food or meals around.. ;)

For the purpose of my stay the accomodation was very convenient as I had planned to watch Bali united for one of my nights there. Also the place is right a good strategic place to stay if you want to visit Ubud, Sanur for the day like I did it's not too far on a scooter like 30-45 mins. Also if you want to go to Densapar it's more like 15 mins.

Not exactly I what I didnt like, but for some they may not like that it's remote. Grabs and gjok can take a bit of time to arrive. Appart from that only other gripe would be toilet paper. However toilet has spray. Soap and shampoo is provided 🙂

The property on face value was beautiful. Lovely pool and main bedroom. The staff were super friendly and tried their best with the little English they spoke to accomodate for us.

Unfortunately for international tourists the location is far from friendly. Unless you speak fluent Indonesian you will not get served food by anyone. I speak a little bit but was no help. We had to get lunch and dinner from the indo mart ages away. The worst part was the mould behind the bed head and the black mould on the roof of the bathroom. That was disgusting. Whilst I understand it’s cheap accomodation and hard to clean those areas black mould is dangerous to breathe in and should be taken care of immediately.

The value was great for the price. TV, Hot Water, Wifi, Double Bed

I didn't realise it is an area for local indonesians - I probably wouldn't have stayed 7 nights. Seemed like it would have been more respectful to the locals to have not been there.
