Very good experience I stayed here for a total of 15 days. 1. On the day of arrival, the hotel arranged to pick up the airport and arrived at the hotel smoothly. 2. The hotel cleaning is very good, the sheets are changed every day. 3. The staff is very enthusiastic and hard-working. 4. The room service dishes are delicious. 5. Any request I make will be met. 5. they can solve any problem as soon as possible. For example, when I lost my motorcycle key in Bali and broke down on the roadside, I informed the hotel and solved the problem in a short time. All in all, thanks to the hard work of all the staff, mainly Pak Komang, I feel very comfortable staying at desa di villa. See you next time!

We had the most wonderful stay at this hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine warmth and professionalism. The atmosphere of the hotel is both elegant and welcoming, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy some time away. The combination of excellent service, comfortable rooms, and staff who truly care about their guests made this hotel stand out as one of the best we’ve stayed in. Super comfy, staff were really friendly they did an amazing job with the daily room service. Shower water pressure was amazing and we loved the variety and quality of the daily breakfast. Location was slightly away from the party central areas and tourist spots but the bikes were quick and made it easy to get to and from our accomodation

Better lighting in the bathroom would’ve been preferred and a full body long mirror. Us 2 girls like to do our makeup, and be able to see our full outfits before going out. There was AC in the bedroom and dining but the bathroom got really humid at times,

Our stay in this villa was truly wonderful. The property is spacious, large, and well-maintained. Daily cleaning and towel changes ensured everything was always clean and comfortable. We especially loved the breakfast, served every morning directly to our room – generous, delicious, and always on time. A perfect way to start the day. The villa is ideal for a couple: it offers a lot of privacy and tranquility, perfect for relaxing and enjoying special moments together. Highly recommended! The only minor downside is that it’s a bit far from the center of Canggu, but easily reachable by scooter – which can conveniently be rented directly at the villa. The staff is super friendly and always available, ready to help with anything you need.

The villa is beautiful ! We arrived at night but had no problems because the entryway was well lit and the manager and security both helped us to carry in our belongings . There is security there every night so we felt so safe! The service from reception was top tier…they organised our driver, a masseuses to come to the villa everyday, they recommended places to shop, they came to our villa to help us get into our very first Gojeck ride and even made sure we knew the correct change to give. KAmazing service ! Komong made sure our stay was absolutely perfect .

Location was perfect for us. We didn’t want to be anywhere close to the busy part of Seminyak. It was only about a 10min drive to get to Seminyak square.

Villa was very clean, peaceful, comfortable and had most things that you needed for a short stay. We were there for 4 nights. Breakfast was really good and plentiful, with hot breakfast, toasts, fruits and juice provided. Room was cleaned every day.

The pool water was not heated.

Close to the city which was good as we were going the dentist only about 10 minutes taxi. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice. Good breakfast

Missing a few kitchen appliances like a toaster. Not a big deal but handy to have with kids. Only 1 small couch for a 3 bdr villa. Again not a big deal as there are dining chairs. Practical location for what we needed but very out of the way for a normal holiday.

The space was great and pretty big. Although the road was pretty busy, it still was peaceful.

The outdoor element in the bathroom should be closed with a skylight. We were fortunate that geckos didn't enter. We did see a big bug on our last night.

Would be better if there is a bin as well in the kitchen and the room, not only in the bathroom. Breakfast has a lot of selection but could be improved in taste-wise.

The seclusion and peace was amazing, the private pool was just so good … and the staff were friendly, accommodating and helpful :)

Nothing, everything was great. Maybe tea towels in the kitchen area? Worst part is that we couldn’t stay indefinitely lol!
