I like the space you get and amout of privacy. This is my 3rd time staying here and it was as expected. I really appreciate the staff that works here, super polite and friendly. The facilities are good too, gym has gotten a upgrade since last time it seems. Location is great if you have your own transportation or if you don't mind getting a gojek. This makes it more calm and quieter then other places. Still close to majority of all the city has to offer.

The only ting I would point out is they seem to have a problem with small ants, very small ones that seem to come up the kitchen sink. Seriously not a big big deal. Just let the water run for little and its all good.

Loved the staff, warmth and friendly, making our stay, feel homey. From late check-in, the receptionist are very polite and smile throughout the transaction. Restraunt staff were so friendly that it made our day during breakfast! Food served were fantastic 👍🏽 great local delicacies 👍🏽👍🏽 and more importantly, the salad and fruit bar were fresh and crisp 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 Well done 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Smoking room where we stayed had smokers stench, which is rare as hotels will do a thorough cleaning and purifying of air after last customer. Ventilation in the room is not good. Bed linen and pillows had stains.

It was roomy. It felt more comfortable, cleaner and like home than any other places we happened to stay in Indonesia. It was convenient, especially the laundry service and also having a restaurant that tasted good right downstairs. That makes a difference visiting an unfamiliar place. There were ATMs, coffee shops, historic buildings, fancy and not so fancy restaurants nearby. It was close enough to the airport and other places we needed to visit. It felt easy coming back from a long, difficult day, eating in the restaurant, washing up, and resting well. All the clothes folded and ready from the laundry service. Also, having two bathrooms means nobody is fighting. Staff were super professional and friendly. We stayed in total at 4 hotels on this trip for different reasons. This was the absolute best one. P.S. The worst I will say was the Bidikara. Just don't go there if you like being clean.

There were troubles with the TV in the master bedroom. It got possessed and turned off and on. Easy fix, we unplugged it. The bathroom sink didn't drain well. It was annoying but there isn't any place I think I'd rather have stayed.

All the staff members were very nice and friendly. The breakfast buffet had many choices. Their lunch was good too. Loved that the room is spacious, has a good view and is very well equipped, including the kitchenette. It even came with a washing machine which was a plus.

Probably the only small complaint was that the room was a little old (the walls were a little chipped and had some stains). The kitchen cabinets looked a bit old and made squeaky sounds but they are still very clean and functional. In terms of the location, wish it's a little bit more walkable to more restaurants and cafes. But ordering a taxi/car was very easy in Jakarta, so I just took a taxi everywhere.

The 2-bedroom apartment was spacious, with roomy bedrooms and comfortable beds. The master bathroom was roomy while the inclusion of a washing machine was much appreciated. The breakfast menu was very comprehensive. The reception staff was always accommodating and ready to assist, with typical Indonesian friendliness. Well worth the room rate.

There was an unwelcome smell of stagnant water in the 2nd bathroom and the study table lamp would not work. A bit of walking distance necessary to reach local and street food restaurants. Local street traffic guides were required to cross the busy roads in front of the Fraser Residence.

We had a fantastic stay at the apartment hotel! The place was exceptionally clean, and having a washing machine in the apartment was a great bonus, with the hotel even providing detergent. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The location was also convenient, just a 25-minute walk to the city center, making it easy to explore. Highly recommend!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the apartment hotel, but drying clothes was a bit of a challenge. While there was a washing machine, the dryer didn’t work well, and since the windows couldn’t be opened, there was no way to air-dry clothes easily. We had to plan for at least two days for them to fully dry.

The penthouse was big. We loved it. Very clean. We love that there were washing machine n dryer and microwave available.

Limited choice for breakfast, the noise. Our room was pn the 20th floor and the noise from the motor bikes were still loud. Lack of convenience store like indomaret etc n coffee shops. No shops or cafe on a walking distance.

The staff and room itself. Staff all around are helpful. We would like to thank Mr. Fauzi for his kindness and caring in making our stay as comfortable as possible. Also, thank you to Raisa and Intan from Relish for being so attentive to hotel guests.

Relish needs a bigger or additional coffee machine for breakfast. Bathrooms are dated. Definitely needs thorough scrubbing.

Overall satisfied with staying at Fraser Menteng. Have stayed there 3 times. However, when checking in on March 31st, the process was a bit long even though it was not crowded. The elevator had a problem (jammed) when we went up to the 9th floor after the check-in process. However, the condition returned to normal after we contacted the officer.

Wifi is so bad

The location and most of the staff, especially Samuel from Security and Bona from housekeeping. After having misplaced our mobile phone Bona gave it to lost and found whereas Samuel has taken every step to find it, with success. He has given me the impression of a true professional. Well done guys!

The staff from the restaurant needs to focus more on the customers. When the coffee machine spills over someone should empty the tray and avoid an electric accident. When you open the restaurant the waffle station should be ready for service and not search for power cords after customers ask for waffles. The rooms with 2 bedrooms should have at least more than 1 water glass and a kitchen towel would come in handy.
