The deluxe suite room that i booked did not match with the one that was advertised. It is very misleading. Different room size, no sofa etc.. please avoid such misleading information.

Lovely boutique hotel in the vivid Gandaria area. Room was clean and comfortable, with everything you need for a few days in Jakarta. Breakfast was amazing. Several cool businesses for drinks or eating at walking distance.

The room did not have any exterior windows or terrace, which we thought it had. No problem though, since the traffic noise is crazy. Location wise, we felt everything was a little far away. Then again, this might be because we are not used to cities that immense. We were told the location was really good, so it might be our personal perception.

Love this hotel because of its cleanliness, beautiful decoration inside the room, moderate rate in weekned and moreover its beyond my expectation. The young lady in the receptionist is also helpful, kindness and super for any information I need.

When taking shower, water from shower went into the closet room caused wet all the floor. That time I had to ask for more dry mats becuase of wet floor. Hope the management has fixed it by raising the separator of the floor between shower cabin and closet.

My recent stay at S7 Suites Gandaria exceeded all expectations. The ambiance of the hotel, made for a truly relaxing experience. The location also great, close to everything where I need to go.

Very comfortable, clean, and with many amenities. Not in a tourist area, but bank, groceries, etc in walking distance. Front desk was VERY helpful in many ways. The food was also first rate. As in most of Indonesia, "English speaking" actually means English reading/writing. But with good will and Google translate, we got along.

The room was super clean, with great design. Lots of storage in the cabinets, comfy bed. The staffs were amazing, very friendly and helpful. Interior design in the hotel was amazing, I love how they use old style Indonesian culture design, some spots could have more lighting though.

I stayed in the room facing the street, it was very uncomfortable with the sounds from outside. There’s only one slipper in the room, don’t know why.
