Great location - in the southern part of Jakarta, centrally located and close to MRT station. Free parking as well. Great service - from doormen to reception to cleaning service we were greeted with smiles. Apartment was clean and functional. Extra - having washing machine / dryer combo was a welcome addition for our family trip.

Unfortunately being near Blok M (and I suspect the windows not being double-pane) we can hear noises from the street, including cars and motorcycles up to late at night. However, after 2 days we sort of adapted to them... it's not going to be a dealbreaker for us.

The place was spotless and well-maintained. Staff was courteous and helpful. The view from 26th floor where we stayed was beautiful. Location is nearby to many good restaurants and cafes.

Excellent service and facilities. Strategic location not far from MRT station. All staff were nice, very attentive and helpful.

Some things are open for improvement. The bed in the smaller rooms not comfortable enough. My mom and sister couldn't sleep well during our stay. No regular drinking glass, only wine glasses and coffee cups available in the cupboard. But we didn't check with the staff, maybe they provide it upon request.

Cleanliness, big space, private, only a few people on public facilities, gym facilities, nice pool, close to the minimart.

In the picture I saw there is one tv on each room, unfortunately only one room has TVf. It would be better if at least have 2 towel for each rooms, so minimum 6 towel would be better.

Swimming pool water is very cold

A true spacious room. The outdoor pool located in 7th fl. is just great ambience. We also like the gym area, it has more than enough gym equipments.
