Service staff was great and the morning breakfast crew couldn't be friendlier and more helpful. Room had a great view and direct access to the pool which was very convenient.

The hotel is dated. The bathroom needs major upgrading since there were no splash guards installed and water gets absolutely everywhere from the shower area. Major wear and tear can also be seen everywhere in the room, too many to mention. The main pool is incredibly filthy, full of algae and clearly hasn't been cleaned in ages. The noise level from the main road is also palpable, all through the night. Definitely not up to Sheraton usual standard

The staff is one of the best which I encounter in bali... all were very helpful and willing to do the maximum for guests comfort. The room was large ...and very comfortable. The shower was very clean . The facilities were perfect. The morning breakfast was great and delicious.

The only negative this was the location which was not convenient if you like to walk around !!! It isnt like Kuta / leigan / seminyak - were tourist and shops are through out your sight !! The hotel is not located in a touristic area for walking around. !! The other thing, was my room view !! Some rooms , like mine , has no view at all !! my room was facting a back yard scattered trees!!! And my room was with no balcony !! So my advice , try yo pick up a room in floor 5 with direct access to pool .( this is the best ) Or at least any room with a balcony and pool view.

My kids are very statisfied with the breakfast menu. They also like that when we’re having breakfast they also can play because hotel provide the sliding etc in outdoor area. Eventhough it is in the main road, but we dont hear any loud transportation, and we can see the GWK from the hallway room.. And i love how the hotel staff and resto very helpfull to me and my kids.. on the second day, there are no Meatball noodle that they provide on the first day, but They dont hesitate to make it again only for my daughter.. Thank you Fourpoints, for sure i will stay there again if i go to South Kuta.

What an amazing experience! From the very beginning, my stay has been nothing short of fantastic. The establishment itself is lovely—spacious, impeccably clean, and remarkably quiet. However, what truly made my stay unforgettable was the exceptional staff (Thanks to Mega, Pitri, Elsi and all) They were incredibly friendly, attentive, caring, and accommodating, turning my vacation into a truly memorable experience. The breakfast buffet exceeded expectations, with not only the usual offerings but also skilled cooks adding a personalized touch to every dish. The room was spacious, inviting, and everything functioned perfectly. I indulged in the spa services, and the massage was wonderfully relaxing. If I were to offer a suggestion to the hotel, it would be to consider offering yoga classes, tours, and currency exchange services for even greater guest convenience.

I would like to say thank you to all of the staffs at Four Points including the reservation, reception desk, pick-up driver, housekeeping team, and breakfast restaurant. They are all experts and smile at anytime. Special thanks to Mrs. Tika, who helped me a lot during my booking process. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and relax. Everything at Four Points is good!

The staff were so warm and genuine welcoming, helpful and friendly Breakfast is great, has a great range of selections, taste is great! The property is properly maintained and kept in good condition and cleaned 💯💯

The marble floor in the room creates a lot of condensation from the humidity, so it was a bit slippery

We had a huge family reunion in bali around 20 of us. our cousins wedding was in a nearby hotel so we chose this place. Firstly the staff is star of the show. Just so helpful and kind. Level of service is incredible. thanks to all the staff for making this stay so great. Great Pools Great Breakfast Rooms are good

How the bathroom doors are. its odd food menu needs improvement

Things were as supposed to be at a four points.

The road noise is disturbing. When a dated truck (and there are lot of those) tries to climb uphill the main island throughfare just outside the hotel, the engine noise is heard wide and far, all day and night. This is not for those who think they will wake up to bird noises.

The staff was lovely namely-Lusian,Edho,Agus,Gustra,Partiri,Aya,Komang Adi,Pai,Suksma,Mewali,Lia The food was great The pool was also nice Lovely atmosphere The rooms were always fresh and clean

Lacked evening entertainment-maybe a live band,karaoke nights,having a DJ play music The bins in the room-use plastics or regular cleaning

Breakfast had many options. Staff supernice. Good view from the balcony. Nice big pool.

First room we got was little humid and smelled moldy. Fortunately we got new room from upper levels which wasnt smelly or moldy and we even received a free couple's massage as a gift. The hotel would need a little renovation so that the level of requirements would correspond to the four-star rating scale.
